Been coming here for a year, and whether I cater or place an order for pick up, it's always timely, correct, and put together with love. The delivery staff are THE BEST and all staff are so friendly. Can't speak highly enough of this Jimmy Johns!
Never been in the shop but always order delivery. Last time they we’re running behind on my order but sincerely apologized upon delivery and gave me a free cookie. Always great service and great staff. Never had a problem here. :)
Jimmy John's has great food specializing in gourmet sandwiches that are the perfect size for a satisfying meal. I suggest the JJBLT, a uniquely delicious BLT, for a great meal full of good protein & flavor. Order a side of ranch to dip your sandwich for added yumminess. The store is pleasant with huge windows allowing for natural light & good views of bustling downtown Mpls. The staff are always kind & will assist the ordering process. If you're looking for a tasty meal stop in for a tasty sandwich.

These guys rock! Do not sacrifice quality whilst still maintaining there AMAZING speed! Long line? No worries they breeze through them and do it with huge smiles on their faces :). The staff are extremely friendly and no doubt have a loyal and long-term customer here!
fast and friendly staff! i messed up and made delivery staff wait, then they went back to the store, but they still came back when i called the store and were still nice to me when they got to my building!
good for late night all the way out till 3 am.. it is amazing how the bikers drift in and out of traffic to get you your sandwich. they have codes on the bathrooms so the riff raff cant get in so easily.. yeah maybe the meat is processed but at least its healtheir than alot of the stuff that goes around these days.. they keep it clean and work hard late in the weekend in order for things to be running smoothly..
I cannot stress how great this Jimmy Johns is. My work orders from here all the time and there are usually 6 or 7 people. We love to order from here because we are all picky eaters and like our food a certain way. They have NO issues taking crazy special orders on the subs for each person. They are are really super cool and friendly about it. They even write each employees name on the wrapper so food disbursing is made easier.

Ok seriously. I get really hungry sometimes. Like crabby do not talk to me or I may freak out on you hungry. I am telling you this place can get a gourmet sandwich loaded full of flavor to you faster than you can heat a microwave meal. It is unbelievable. The last time we ordered they had the food here before I could finish collecting the money. I swear to god.

They are great! Easy in and out kind of place. They do not hesitate to customize food as needed which is great since I am constantly picking up food for other people!
