Caribou Coffee

The service is so great here- everyone is so sweet! My order is always exactly how I want it and the food is fresh! They have had so many staffing issues/food supply with Covid and handled it with such grace. Sometimes I think people forget we have all been under such stress and they sometimes need to close early bc everyone needs a work life balance! 10/10 recommend!

I go to this caribou literally every day due to working so close so I like to think I have a really educated opinion on how great this location is. The customer service is always top notch and everyone working there is an absolute delight. My drinks are always prompt and made perfectly and they make sure I capitalize on my perks every single time. I always look forward to starting my day with them! If I could give more than 5 stars I would❤️

Pretty busy on a Friday morning at 11 AM. . there is a standing bar and tables and chairs they may think to expand this caribou,because of the amount of people(mostly business) . More tables and chairs are needed with that being said the baristas were friendly and accommodating to my extra hot water request

Oh man. I was accidentally the worst customer ever. Mom's sat at Huntington Bank across the street and I volunteer to get us coffee. Shoulda been easy. Nothing is easy every time when you've adhd, and the memory of a goldfish. Memory of a goldfish, attention span of a hummingbird. So first order of business is apologizing in advance for moms regular order: "Caramel macchiato high rise. Decaf. Whole milk. Low sugar syrup on the inside. Regular full sugar caramel drizzle on extra whipped cream. - Actually, you're gonna hate me she wanted a little less syrup than you usually put... wait... nevermind... sorry... scratch that... you see, LAST time I got the regular syrup by ACCIDENT, YES! ... last time I got the regular full sugar syrup and THAT'S why it was too sweet! .. Yeah sorry, I'm so sorry, forget the less syrup thing... that's absurd...that's an ABSURD ask... I'm so sorry." At this point the lady stood quietly behind me started laughing a LOT. I hadn't noticed anyone was behind me. Then it turned out I'd forgotten my WALLET at HOME that day! 🤦‍♂️ God bless that whomever nice younger Asian girl because at THAT point her eye should have been ticking. Shout out to her, I only describe her because she should get a medal for patience and a big fat raise. Wish I had the capacity to remember names so I wouldn't have to describe people as 'young Asian chick' or 'hippy-looking white guy' Or well, I have ten million other othering jokes for this. Amazing coffe, ridiculously nice employees. I'm so sorry. I made sure they saw me put a small wad of $1 bills into the cup. May that and this review absolve me of my offense. Pay them more.
