Wendy's

Every time I come here, the food is actually hot. They always get my order right. Inside is clean. This is THE best Wendy’s in the Twin Cities. It’s so good I had to come leave a 5 star review, This is what you want when you think of Wendy’s. Maryland Ave is alright. Dale st ain’t it. University by the Y? Eh, it’s alright. I’m not looking for the best burger I’ve ever had, I just want something decent and this Wendy’s always delivers.

We ate at the industrial bvld location last week ordered in the car, in the parking lot so the kids could finish napping. The app sent our order to the Roseville location and we didn't notice till we walked in with our kids and sat down, feeling so hungry and irritated to have to pack the kids back into the car and drive out of the way to pick up our food was upsetting however the staff handled this with the best customer service possible! They likely read the disappointment on my face and wanted to help us especially taking note that the Roseville location has their dining room closed and couldn't accommodate us eating in. The employees and I assume the manager where quick to help my husband sort it out with the other location and serving us hot fresh and delicious food. Seriously the best Wendy's food we've had in a long long time. The ghost pepper chicken sandwiches were still crispy and the fries were perfect my kids enjoyed their bugers and spicy nuggets, everything was great. That level of service was refreshing and much appreciated thank you again.
