This place is criminally underrated. Good vibes, good deals, board games, a projector tv for 🏈 days, and good tasting drinks that don’t make you feel worse after.

Really nice space, excellent alcoholic and N/A kombucha options, in particular the lychee lemongrass option was very good.

Nice setting, and fun trivia. Great if you don't love an overly punchy kombucha!

AMAZING! We were up in Minneapolis on a visit from Texas and decided to try this out. All we can say is WOW!! The blueberry lemonade bliss was so refreshing and crisp, and just the right kind of relaxing. Not heavy or with a gross aftertaste like some others I've had. Delicious! Also a big shout out to Jennifer, who was a huge help to us and made us feel very welcome. We will be back in Minneapolis in the Spring and we are already looking forward to trying some other flavors! Thank y'all so much! :)

Delicious. I am not a fan of white claw or other seltzers. But this place here is on point. Hands down.
The strawberry-Rhubarb straight fire.

Not a kombucha lover, but this was amazing! Fun atmosphere and awesome outside area.

Buch has a special angle in that everything they make is kombucha, with or without alcohol. You can find most any fruit flavor, many of which are gentler or subtler than the tart punch you probably first imagine when thinking "kombucha." Food options are limited, but you're welcome to bring in your own.
A very comfortable patio puts about half the seating outdoors, and between trees and sails, it's about half in the shade when evening rolls in.

Great taproom with a good mix of Buch flavors. I like that they regularly come out with new flavors that taste good. Plus I love that they are a veteran-owned business!

You absolutely have to give this place a shot. Came to visit in from CA, and I wish so badly we had their products for sale by me. First of all, would be great for kombucha and non-kombucha lovers alike. The drinks are super light, light on carbonation, and don’t have the vinegary taste of traditional booch. Their dry cider I could see a wine lover enjoying. Best part is it has extra health boosts - probiotics from the fermentation process, electrolytes, and added vitamin C. It is also low carb and sugar free (not a lot needed from the fermentation process and stevia for what they do use but I didn’t get any of that stevia taste in any of the flavors tired). This is something you can feel good about drinking and avoid the nasty alcohol hangover. I had 3 pints yesterday and feel excellent today! They had really delish mixed drinks again low in sugar. Despite all these health perks again highlighting how delish it is! It is super refreshing if they were open later I would have kept ordering more. If only I could bring this place back with me.
