Dairy Queen

Bought the $6 Meal with $4 Shaky Snack. The fried chickens lacked some taste because I feel like they should be added with better ingredients and to be fried twice. And also, the ice cream was good but not too good since it lacked some taste too. Even though the prices were cheap enough to buy, so it was good for me.

This is a horrible Dairy Queen. The first time I came I got a double dipped cone and they dipped it so messy and didn’t even offer a napkin. Then I come today and ask for a double dipped cone with sprinkles and they denied making it because they said they can’t add sprinkles to a double dipped cone even though I have pictures in my phone with a double dipped cone that has sprinkles on it. Any location I’ve gone to has done that. Jsut close this location down.

Omg!!!! The drive through is terrible... That's not even my complaint I went today they had no ice cream 😕 but that's not even my complaint I order a 4 piece chicken finger.... when I say the worst I will never and I mean never eat at this location or another because my food must have been re-cooked at least 3 or 4 time. I wish I could of took a picture. Ok let me go because I need my money back so I getting ready to call. If your hungry pass this place up smh there is always a problem here!

They had some good deals for lunch and happy hour wich is from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. weekdays. The staff was in confusion about previous orders when we got there, but they got everything sorted out and our first time at DQ was a good experience. Clean establishment, friendly staff, a good crowd of people, clean restrooms, and really good desserts.

First off, I tried calling to order an ice cream cake as I do not live close by. They do not answer the phone, any time of the day. So I had to drive over and go through the drive thru just to order a cake...which the drive thru moved very slow and wasted 20 mins of my time...just to order a cake. So the employee named T.D takes my info. I ask for it to be ready between 4-5 PM the next day. I show up at 5:20, and go through the drive thru as the employee had previously asked me to. But then when I get to the speaker, he tells me to back up. Ok then...so I park out front. I wait as 3 cars come and go through the drive thru. T.D comes out, collects my CC and tells me he will give me a discount. Ok. So then I'm left waiting again for an unusual amount of time. He finally comes back out with the cake. He did throw me a free dilly bar, but no discount. I noticed right away the lid on the cake was too big for it, as it would not snap closed. Just kept sliding around. Once I got the cake home, I was really disappointed. $30 for this basic cake? Where are the oreo pieces that go on top? The drizzle? I have ordered this same cake for many years and it has never looked like this. Also, the fudge stripe in the middle barely makes it halfway through the cake! I will give management a chance to reach out and correct this, or I will be reaching out to corporate DQ with photos and a copy of this complaint.
