We decided to eat at the Edge Steakhouse for our first night in Vegas. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating the entire night. Our glasses of water were filled all night and they periodically checked in on us during our meal. We first started off with our Lobster Bisque. It was pretty good, lacked a ton of lobsters and was a bit small if you ask me for spending $20. We then indulged in the Filet Mignon, which was again very good. It was slightly more on the medium well side but the truffle butter was a great compliment. The creamed spinach was good if you like it thick, creamy and cheesy. The truffle Mac and cheese was so good and was devoured. We then finished it off with the flaming crème brûlée & cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious. The raspberry puree was an excellent complement to the cheesecake. Overall I would definitely recommend eating here.
Definitely one of the best steak houses I've been too. Top notch service, and an amazing selection of food. I started with the lobster bisque. The presentation was top notch, but I've definitely had better bisque from other restaurants. This dish was the only underwhelming part if my whole experience here. Lacked flavor and lobster. Things became exponentially better from there. Next I had the wagyu tartar with caviar. Melt in your mouth good, and I highly recommend you get a little bit of everything when taking a bite. All the flavors come together so well. For the entrée I had their prized Australian wagyu strip loin that is hard to put into words just how good it was. So rich and buttery, and the perfect amount of tender. I opted for the truffle butter on top, and had the roasted jalapeños on the side to spice up a bite here and there. (If you've never had jalapeños with your steak, I recommend giving it a try). Also, do not neglect the roasted garlic they give you. Put a clove on one of your bites, and go to heaven for just a minute. I had the sautéed mushrooms for my side that were cooked perfectly. Had a good meaty consistency, and a nice buttery flavor to them. My friend had the asparagus that was really good with the fire roasted lemon drizzled on top. For dessert I had the creme brulee, and again, the presentation was top notch. Nice crunchy top, and good vanilla custard. I would eat here again and again. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're craving a good steak in a fine dining setting.
Amazing Amazing Amazing.... Edge Steakhouse at the Westgate is open. Their staff is unbelievably courteous and attentive. Cheryl the maître d'hôtel was quick to find us a table even though we arrived 2 hours early for our reservation. The food was spectacular... and the Yorkshire pudding(bread or rolls) they serve are huge and delicious. The filet was cooked to perfection, and the sides, mac and cheese and the loaded mashed potatoe unbelievably perfect. This is my new Vegas Steak House...I will be going there from now on.
Celebrated my birthday and anniversary here. Loved everything about the restaurant. The staff was very kind. We loved our waiters. The food was awesome. We shared a dry aged ribeye with a loaded baked potato. It was so good! For dessert, we had their creme brulee! I fell in love with the presentation (the fire) and the taste of the creme brulee. It was perfect! They also gifted us a nice chocolate cake with fruit on two separate plates that read "Happy Birthday" and "Happy Anniversary". I loved everything about our experience at The Edge Steakhouse! Thank you!
Abhi and Carl were absolutely wonderful. We stepped off our flight and walked immediately from our room to Edge, exhausted. Carl made wonderful recommendations and made us laugh and Abhi made a cocktail called the “Green Run” that was refreshing and fantastic! Love this place! Thank you for taking care of us, Carl and Abhi! -Brandon and Alexandra
The attentiveness of the staff, delivery of food, presentation of food, the seasoning of the food were all spectacular and on point. The ambience is nice and the lights are dim but not so dim that you can't read the menu. The food was cooked to perfection and just the way ordered. Any questions you have the staff was well versed in the information needed and seemed really glad to help in any way that was needed. I will definitely be going back anytime I'm in Vegas. It's my new favorite restaurant!!!
If I could give this place 6 stars for food, I would! It was a great dining experience! I got there late due to ridiculous Vegas traffic but they still sat us and were incredibly kind with service. The vibe was relaxed but formal. Low intimate lighting, beautiful fixtures, and a clean crisp table setting. The service staff was very polite and warm.
The food was outstanding! We had the salmon, scallops, and truffle Mac & cheese. The Mac & Cheese tasted a bit like the Evol Truffle Mac. I think I was expecting more but it was mildly pleased. The Salmon was flaky with a firm crust and had a salty savory taste that I was very happy with. But my two favorite are the next two: 1. The Scallops in apple chutney and 2. the crème brûlée
The scallops taste was so well balanced and the presentation was just so cute with the edible flowers!
And the crème brûlée came out true to name (on fire!) but tasted creamy and not too eggy.
I have to come back to try the steak next time I am in Vegas. Definitely recommend!

The Vegas Dream cocktail was absolutely amazing. I had the chicken because I'm not a steak eater. It was delicious. The puree potatoes and the grilled vegetables were all so good. Service was great!!!!
Enjoyed a delicious farewell dinner with my best friend on my final night in Vegas before flying back to Chicago. Service was excellent as you would expect at a steakhouse of this caliber. Food was delicious from beginning to end. So many delicious wines to choose from as well. Begin with warm and fresh and soft rolls. And a delicious Wedge Salad. My steak was perfectly prepared and hot. Even dessert was nicely presented and just as delicious! I highly recommend.
What can I say to sum up a perfect last night in Vegas but to spend it at the Edge for my daughters 21st birthday. Incredible service from the start. Our waiter, Raymond, was very attentive with suggestions and care of our table. Our drinks were never even close to empty. The table was kept very tidy, which I appreciated because we all enjoyed the crispy bread roll. Our Wagyu steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the portions were MORE than enough for our pallets. The side dishes were larger portions than I expected. Especially the asparagus, I’ve never seen asparagus that large this side of the Mississippi haha! I really enjoyed the roasted mushrooms as well, the cipollini onions were such a pleasant surprise flavor.
Our waiter, Raymond, then surprised my daughter with a flaming crème brûlée and over the edge triple chocolate cake! She was in heaven! To top this off we got some pictures in the private Blue room!
Overall to include the ambient atmosphere and wonderful service, I couldn’t have asked for more. Five stars all the way! Also, call for reservations, the app will say they’re booked up!
