We were originally being escorted to a table in the middle of the room, but I requested a booth for two that was empty. For some reason, we always get seated by kitchens when we eat out a nice restaurant. We were allowed to sit in the booth. I don't think they wanted to let us sit there. The food was excellent. My wife's entree did come out much later than mine. It was still a positive experience because the food was so good. Ouur waiter did a good job of keeping our glasses fool.
During our vacation, while staying at the New York New York in Las Vegas, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Chin Chin, conveniently located within the casino. Our experience was marked by both excellent service and delicious cuisine.
While we typically enjoy the privilege of indulging in fresh and delectable sushi on the West Coast, we did appreciate Chin Chin's sushi offerings. However, being approximately 300 miles away from the ocean, we could discern a slight difference in the freshness compared to what we are accustomed to. Nevertheless, this did not overshadow our overall positive dining experience.
In conclusion, Chin Chin provided us with a satisfying dining experience in the heart of Las Vegas. The restaurant's excellent service and flavorsome menu make it a place we would gladly return to.
45 years eating Chinese food all over the USA and this is the best. Better than NY, CA, Pf Changs. Sushi excellent. Our waiter Peter is great. Ate here 3 times in 3 days.
One of our favourite affordable places to eat in vegas.. small bit tasty menu serving breakfast through to evening meals. For us it's all about the evening meals very tasty and good quality. A must every trip for me and the wife.
❌❌🚨🚨🚨 My review won't be as positive as others' because of my background in food management. I appreciate the attempt to imitate Asian cuisine, but considering the food price and atmosphere of the beautiful hotel, the food wasn't delightful. Not sure if the pictures do it justice, but the dumplings were undercooked, inner parts of the dumpling skin was hardened, the sushi bar was disorganized, if you see the sushi bar, the fish preparation was poor, and the sushi chefs looked hardworking indeed, but their kitchen-worker-like-uniforms didn't match the hotel's luxurious vibe. I did tip well for their service, but In short, this restaurant needs new management.
The price of Spring Rolls here doubled from $8 (2021) to $16 (2023)! As good as they are, I would rather have PF Changs, which includes mushrooms. Meanwhile, the Chow Mein only went up a few dollars. I'm not sure I would spend money here next time given the variety of other restaurants around. Otherwise, the food & service was fine.

12/2/2023 = 4 Star = i give 4 star coz we have amazing server , missing 1 star because my soup is not hot , i will try again and will request a hot soup .
First time here. One thing we were disappointed with was that we made a reservation and requested a standard dining table. They give you the choice. We instead were seated in the bar area in a high top table. So much for the choice. Our server was friendly and helped us make some choices. We liked the vegetable spring rolls. They tasted fresh and flavorful. For mains, we went Chow Mein and the Orange Chicken. The latter was good with the orange sauce nicely balanced. We both thought the Chow Mein was missing something. It just tasted like plain egg noodles. Soy sauce made for a good cover. The place had a steady stream of diners coming in. A positive sign. The food was out quick, and prices are reasonable.
