This is a horrible Dairy Queen. The first time I came I got a double dipped cone and they dipped it so messy and didn’t even offer a napkin. Then I come today and ask for a double dipped cone with sprinkles and they denied making it because they said they can’t add sprinkles to a double dipped cone

Omg!!!! The drive through is terrible... That's not even my complaint I went today they had no ice cream 😕 but that's not even my complaint I order a 4 piece chicken finger.... when I say the worst I will never and I mean never eat at this location or another because my food must have been re-cooke

They had some good deals for lunch and happy hour wich is from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. weekdays. The staff was in confusion about previous orders when we got there, but they got everything sorted out and our first time at DQ was a good experience. First off, I tried calling to order an ice cream cake as I do not live close by. They do not answer the phone, any time of the day. So I had to drive over and go through the drive thru just to order a cake...which the drive thru moved very slow and wasted 20 mins of my time...just to order a cake. S

Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes tonight. Paid 30 dollars for food and didn’t get half of it. Nobody answers the phone. Had no sense of urgency. Avoid this place at all costs.

Never have icecream. Refuse to serve icecream which is very bizarre. Have been here 3 times and thus happened. They are an ice cream place that refuses to serve icecream?

Came here during their posted business hours. Lobby is closed with a sign. Went to drive thru, waited about 5 minutes with no response. Called and no one answered. Drove past the window and it was dark inside.
