When I received my order, it was undercooked and did not have any cheese. It was all sauce. The breadsticks were not seasoned. I called the store to see if they possibly remake another order and the best they said they can do is offer a 10 dollar discount. I couldn’t file a experience survey because my receipt did not contain a survey code. This is the second time my order was not prepared correctly.

I have always order from this location but tonight was a very bad experience I order 10:45pm and i received my email saying I would get it by 11:55 that’s okay with me but I didn’t get my order until 1am ???
Are you guys serious I am very patient but this is horrible I called the store and the guy that answered didn’t even know where was my order and not only that but my pizza is hard and cold now.
Never again will I order from you guys very disappointed.

My nephew, who is visiting, loves Pizza Hut. The only thing he will eat not cooked at home. I wanted to do something special and ordered his cheese pizza with light sauce. It arrived completely over cooked, the top of the cheese almost black and not edible. I felt so bad and was so disappointed!

Both pizzas had an odd flavor. Not usual. The pep/sausage was hard and rubbery. Like it was reheated after sitting for a while. Little to no sauce. Very lite on the pineapple. Pineapple was only on a few slices. When driver texted for apt# they used slang words. Learn to spell. Be respectful.

This Pizza hut was amazing! I had the proper help and everything was fast, accurate, and efficient. I believe the young lady that helped me was Yisenia.

If I can give less than a star then I would. My chicken was over cooked and my pizza was cold and not one bit good. Tried to call the store but it would ring so much that it timed out and hung up. Poor service will not order from them again.

I placed an online order for 3 pizzas and Cinnamon bites for my workers. I placed the order in advanced, because I had limited window to pick up the food before I do my nightly briefing. When I arrived to the restaurant, there was one employee hovering over an extremely over cooked pizza. He seemingly pretended to work on boxing the pizza, but in a way where you can tell he was just avoiding having to take my order. Eventually he asked me to "wait a minute". I was going to walk out at that point, but she I looked up and saw that my order was completed I waited a bit more. Ultimately, the pizzas were never made, the employee seemed enibriated and I was unable to give my workers the lunch I wanted to. So overall, not a great experience. Thank you for your time

My super Supreme pizza was not...
No olives or green peppers. It was a little beef and little cheese burnt into the crust.
Not what I usually get from pizza hut.
Delivery seems to cut every corner they could.
The box was sealed from tampering. Delivery was by pizza hut. Not 3rd party. That was the only good thing.
I was very hungry and very disappointed in the super Supreme that cost me $36 including tip and Delivery fee.
