Einstein Bros. Bagels

I generally don't go in here, but when I do, I'm never overly impressed. In general, the staff doesn't really seem happy to see customers. They almost seem to appear as if customers are a bother. But, when I go in, I'm usually just there for a quick bagel with lox so I don't give their service much thought. The quality is decent enough for the price, and I'm not there for a full dining experience. But, today, I was super disappointed with the service and my purchase. The order on the left barely had any lox on it...both halves of the bagel were extremely lacking- oh, and the outer onion ring was the skin. The other order was better... the regular amount for the menu item. Not sure what happened. Maybe they ran out and didn't feel like opening a new pack? :( This kind of goes along with their customer service.

Extremely unhelpful and rude....made a DoorDash order and they didn’t have the type of bagel we wanted so they didn’t make anything at all and just let me and my 5 year old stand there for 30 mins saying nothing to us. Made no attempt to help of make it right. Will never go back and hope the owner coaches their team to be better to customers. I never make bad reviews. Made an exception here.

I love Einsteins, but now that I live closer to this location. They just have a horrible customer service, the employees are always so rude. I'm scared to even ask for napkins. I always order a sauce to the side at every other Einstein, however this location. They seem to not even hear you out, its just a NO. Just the cashier girl, shes very nice. They're not friendly at all.
