Chicken was hot and not dry, service is good and 99% of the time correct, and it doesn't take too long in the drive thru line

Normally, I order from the Drive thru at Canes, but recently, I dined in, and it was a very pleasant experience! Canes is probably my favorite fast food in the world. The chicken fingers are fantastic, the fries are great, the toast is amazing, and the sauce is DIVINE. Words cannot express my love for Raisin’ Canes. Ordering is fast and simple, the food has a reliable quality, and the staff are always incredibly kind and diligent. If I ever leave America, this is what I will miss the most.

Drive-thru is always so unorganized. Sometimes they get right sometimes I get it’s overwhelming. I wish they had Chick-fil-A drive-thru organization!! They never miss. Still great chicken at canes yum yum!

While the whole team was awesome and getting things done, Mike took my order this evening and made sure everything was 100% perfect. He was communicative, kind, and super helpful. 12/10. This is my favorite location. Thanks Mike!

Line seemed to never move. They first didn't hand us straws and then handed us double. At least the food order was correct, hot, and yummy!

Always fast with their orders and the food tastes better than some other locations for some reason. Fries are crunchy and fresh, chicken is tender and well breaded, the texas toast is well buttered. Wait time is usually 3-5 minutes and drive thru is like 6-10 minutes waiting in line. Overall this location is 10/10.

Mine and sons favorite accessible driving parking lot is a little bit crowded but with a little walk you can park n a shared PS chicken Fingers so awsome.. Freshly Cooked and 🍟 fries I loved it

Theresa Rodriguez and Mikey, the manager made our son Zachary, who has Down Syndrome, feel very special. They gave him a hat and a couple of gift cards and had their picture taken with him. They were awesome.

The food is great and the service is excellent, my only complaint is why are you charging for extra canes sauce, but not for extra ketchup? Mather is me, but that seems VERY unfair. I don't eat ketchup on my fries, so why am I penalized for wanting to have more canes sauce instead?
