I just ordered 2 Powerade and a coffee 6 cream and 6 sugar. When I received my HOT coffee the lid was off and the dude didn’t even say anything. I wasn’t rude I just put the lid on and left. When I got home to drink my coffee it was filled with Artificial sweetener! And NOT sugar. The idiot who made my coffee could have seriously hurt me as I’m not able to consume artificial sweeteners. Not only that , but almost burnt me! Careless employee. Incorrectly made product.

I must say all the hype about this place was true .. i was told if u go to LA or Las Vegas u must try it.. It was by far the one of the best burgers I've tasted .

There's always issues at this location with the hot chocolate machine. So we always call ahead to make sure it's working before we drive there. This would be the fourth time we had an issues. We ordered two hot chocolate's paid at the first window than when we got to the second window. The young lady says their having issues with the machine! It going to take them a few minutes to get going. I suggest you go to a different location or make it at home its cheaper!!!

They almost always get my order right past 3 years of going to this location mostly. Mobile orders are pretty fast. Freshest McDonald's food you'll find at this location. Use the mobile app good deals always.

Ordered quarter pounder meal with bacon. Did not receive bacon. Ordered double quarter pounder meal with no pickles, received pickles. Ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets, received 10 chicken nuggets. Fries were cold and soggy. Tried to use $3 off coupon via qr code...was told system was down and wouldn't honor the discount. Cashier was visibly "stoned". Gave wrong change at checkout (overpaid us change by $.07) Stay clear of this McDonald's...total waste of time. Didn't even get a receipt with the meal.

The order was correct however, they didn't give the right amount of change back. Plus, it was the manager that gave me my change. This wasn't the first time and it seems like the stores at the same plaza would do the same. WARNING if you pay with cash, they will give 10 cents less of your actual change and I know it isn't much but it just felt like I got cheated on. I'm also a student who needs to save as much as I can. I called the store but they wouldn't pick up even when it wasn't busy. I will call again.
