Tacotarian

I was just really excited to try vegan tacos from an all-vegan place… These surpassed my expectations. Leagues better than the OK-vegan options at big chain places! It’s a bit far from my house to return frequently but whenever we’re on this side of town, I’ll be in. 😅 I had the Carne Asada taco & an Al Pastor taco. So good!

First time visit with vegetarian group was a mixed bag. For all the excitement it was largely disappointing. We started with chips and salsa, shaved corn and salt rimmed strawberry and tamarind margaritas. Main course included the chicken, carne, plantain tacos, tortilla soup and veggie enchiladas. The sauce on the taco was flavorful but the protiens needed a kick. Veggie enchiladas had potatoes! The Leche dessert had undercooked rice. Valiant attempt but needs work on flavors. Ambience was casual modern. Order first to get a number and food served on table. Mix of self and table service.

I had the pleasure of dining at Tacotarian and it was an absolute delight! As a vegan, I was thrilled to discover that the entire menu was plant-based, but what really blew me away was how authentic the Mexican food tasted. The chorizo tacos, shrimp tacos, and asada tacos were out of this world - I couldn't believe that they were all vegan. And to top it off, the horchata, agua de Jamaica, and agua de piña were simply amazing. I couldn't get enough! But what really made the experience memorable was the warm and friendly hospitality of Carlos, the owner. He took the time to chat with us and even let us try some extra things on the menu. The entire staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very cute and welcoming, which made for a great dining experience. And I can't forget to mention the incredible flavors of the salsa - the habanero was my personal favorite. Overall, I highly recommend Tacotarian to anyone looking for delicious vegan Mexican food in Las Vegas. From the incredible menu to the wonderful staff, it truly deserves five stars!

We are here twice in 24 hours. So good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the owners, Carlos was there the second time and made us tacos that weren't on the menu--best tacos I've ever had. It's time to put your taco truck tacos on the menu! The horchata was the best I've ever had. I love the Baja taco with the beer battered avocado. All so good!
