This is definitely one of the best hot pot restaurants in Vegas. It has been re-decorated into a more hip vibe place. The menu has been updated to an easier process for ordering. They offer more combination offerings for families and the option to do single serving hot pots or big pots with 2-3 types of soups. Overall, I still like the ingredients and the soups

Excellent service despite how busy they were. We got the 2 person special for $99 which I highly recommend if you've never been and don't know what to expect. It came with several dishes including seafood, pork belly, tofu, veggies, two types of wagyu, drinks, and ice cream bars. They also had servers coming around refilling the hot pots with broth as they cooked down. Sauce bar is a fun touch. All very well coordinated with wonderful people running service. It's in a strip mall with ample parking; however, when we left at 730 cars were circling the parking lot (it was a Friday night). Will return next time we're in Vegas. Saw Andrew Zimmern recommend this place.

This is turning out to be one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. It is fun and delicious. When you arrive, you can either choose to sit in a booth with personal heating stations for personal pots or a booth with a centralized heating station for family use. We sat in a booth with personalized stations. I ordered the tomato oxtail broth and hubby ordered the entry level spicy broth. Both broths were good by themselves! Then we got lamb shoulder, pork belly, king oyster mushrooms, tong ho, beef dumplings, quail eggs, and homemade shrimp paste. The shrimp paste is cool- you scrape chunks of it in your soup and it makes a whole meat dumpling! I also really like the sauce bar. I typically add most of the choices in one bowl with tons of cilantro and green onions and mix it all together for a nice thick dip. This place also had numbing oil, which is pretty fun to eat (it makes your mouth tingle). I can’t wait to go back here next time I visit Vegas again.

Solid hot pot place. Waited 25 mins without reservation. The wagyu beef selections were delicious. The tomato oxtail broth is my favorite. The service was friendly, but they were quick with bringing out some food items and slow with bringing out others. For hot pot, everything should come out together because the cooking goes quick and you want to eat everything all together. She was nice saying she would make some popular sauces for our table, but our food came out way before the sauces and we were hungry so we just ate. But the sauces she made were good. Speaking of sauces, they need to be more on top of refilling the ingredients... especially the garlic which is a key component for most sauces. Overall good and would go back and recommend to others.

My favorite hot pot place in town. Personally I like this spot way better than Xpot. They are from the same company so the meat quality is exactly the same. Therefore more cost effective. And they also serve some of the meat dishes with dry ice for presentation if you’d like to take photos. The family combo is perfect for 4 people. I always go with the tomato soup base. It’s rich and flavorful. Besides the ordering menu they also have a revolving belt for you to grab dishes that you like. It’s fun and convenient. They recently did renovations so the interior is nicer and more aesthetic. quality & fresh meat and price is competitive. No wait time on a weekday night. Perfect for those craving hotpot in Vegas.

We were there for lunch during visiting Vegas trip. It was 15 to 20 minutes outside of Vegas. We ordered 3 different types of soup. Mine was a spicy soup. We all shared and we order one drink each. It was one of the best Korean hot pot I ever had. I highly recommended this place. The total for 3 of us came up to just $70 for each and that including tips.

First timer at Chubby Cattle at Vegas, I have been wanting to try them since Mike Chen mentioned it a while back. The Waygu with raw egg was awesome! I ordered a family combo which was a lot and enough for 4 people , heck maybe 5 ppl even. The broth is on the salty side and I really wish it had more herbal favor. Also, I was disappointed that they serve imitation crab meat on the seafood tray. The servers here do a good job. They work hard and friendly, but the kitchen is a bit slow. It took a while for the food to come out. Price? $278 for a 4 ppl combo, so I would say it’s on a pricy end

I am elated to share my glowing five-star review of Chubby Cattle, a restaurant at 3400 South Jones Boulevard, Suite 15, in the bustling city of Las Vegas, Nevada. This remarkable establishment boasts an innovative and exceptional dining experience that has left an indelible impression on me. Chubby Cattle offers a unique and interactive dining experience, allowing customers to create Chinese hot pots. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a futuristic setting adorned with state-of-the-art tablets and conveyor belts, setting the stage for a dynamic and engaging culinary adventure. At the heart of this experience is the Chinese hot pot, also known as "Chinese fondue." The meal commences with a simmering metal pot filled with mouth-watering broth, artfully placed directly before you. The beauty of Chubby Cattle is its vast selection of uncooked sides, including raw meat, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, and their signature handmade noodles. The Chubby Cattle Hot Pot Wagyu Beef Platter is a masterpiece of flavors and textures. The star of the show is the premium Wagyu beef, known for its exceptional marbling and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Each slice of Wagyu beef is thinly cut to ensure quick cooking in the hot pot, allowing you to savor its rich, buttery essence. The marbling creates a luxurious mouthfeel, and as it simmers in the hot pot, the beef absorbs the flavors of the broth, becoming even more succulent. Speaking of the broth, the original house blend Mongolian hot pot at Chubby Cattle is a work of art in itself. It's a harmonious concoction of savory, umami-rich ingredients, simmered to perfection. The broth serves as the canvas upon which the flavors of the Wagyu beef and accompanying vegetables come to life. It's a delicate balance of herbs, spices, and secret ingredients that make it truly unique. As the Wagyu beef and vegetables soak in the hot pot, they absorb the essence of the broth, creating a symphony of tastes that dance on your palate. Aside from the succulent beef, savory broth, and fresh vegetables, an array of sauces awaits you at the sauce station! You have the option to tailor your very own dipping dressing to enhance the flavor of your protein. Moreover, the establishment offers their very own special sauce that's sure to tantalize your taste buds. To become a sauce master, just follow the guidelines listed at the top of the station. Bon appétit! The watercress and lettuce add a refreshing and crisp contrast to the richness of the Wagyu beef and the flavorful broth. They provide a cooling element to the hot pot experience, balancing out the heat and intensity of the other ingredients. The fresh, vibrant greens also add a textural dimension, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the meal. What makes this dining experience at Chubby Cattle truly special is the interactive nature of hot pot. I had control over how long I cooked each ingredient, allowing me to customize the dish to my preference. It was a communal and engaging way to enjoy a meal with friends or family, making it as much about the experience as it was about the food. The restaurant's overall atmosphere exudes warmth and hospitality, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable meal. In conclusion, Chubby Cattle is a hot spot for hot pot in Las Vegas, offering a truly unparalleled and interactive dining experience. Whether you're a hot pot enthusiast or a first-timer, this restaurant's concept, delectable offerings, and welcoming atmosphere will leave you wanting more. I highly recommend Chubby Cattle for an unforgettable dining adventure unmatched by any other.

Probably one of my most favorite dining experiences ever had. I had never tried hot pot but had heard great things and chose this place at random but boy I'm glad I did. All of the proteins were of high quality, same with the veggies and mushrooms. Aside from the beef brisket, which was my favorite, the mushroom basket really surprised me! They were so good! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to go. My only gripe was I wish the waiter came around more often to check if we needed more food.

Overall a highly enjoyable experience! Service: The service staff were all very helpful and service was prompt. They even helped scope the bone marrow onto the baguette. Plus all waiters and waitresses seem like they could make a career in Hollywood :) Food: omg where do I even begin… all ingredients were fresh and top notch. The wagyu beef was just phenomenal. From the wagyu beef for the hot pot (dip the beef in the egg and then cook in the broth till still pink) which was just so tender that it melts in your mouth, to the wagyu beef sushi (def worth the price tag with the foie gras on top), to the wagyu beef rice, all beef items were just so impressive. For the hot pot we got the spicy soup base and the tomato soup base. The spicy base was very aromatic as opposed to just plain spicy. The tomato soup base was even better, as the tomato flavor was very rich. I also LOVED the bone marrow, which was cooked in the French way but with Chinese spices. Highly recommend getting both the bone marrow and the wagyu beef sushi. The fish was fresh and so was the lamb. The dipping sauce section even has leek sauce, which, as an Inner Mongolian, I was very pleased to see, as I struggle to find it in many other bigger hot pot chains. We also got ice cream for dessert. We came starved but there was a ton of food and we didn’t manage to finish. I wish they gave us just a bit more green veggies, just to be a bit healthier, but we couldn’t finish everything anyways. Drinks: got a couple cocktails included in the pre fixe menu. They tasted ok but looked photo worthy. I’d definitely come back!
