Pizza Hut

I order online 2 pizzas they messed up on one of them i wanted sausage with jalapeno gave me pineapple sausage order 8 pc wings didn't get it they send me home with crispy, cold pizza went back to the location told them they gave me a wrong pizza he said do you have it?i said no pizza was cold enough as it is he was standing there thinking didn't know what to tell me i said i don't even care about that pizza.they offer me a 6 pc wings when i paid for an 8 pc send me home with the 6pc and i said can i get jalapenos on the side he seemed confused like not wanting to give me the jalapenos that i paid for and they never put it on my pizza wow i feel like i got played the money i paid for never again going to this location thanks pizza hut im a manager at a fast food restaurant and that's not the way to do it. My kids where hungry so at this point they didn't care how cold the pizza was.

Using my account on the Pizza Hut mobile application I ordered The Stuffed Crust Pizza with Roma tomatoes and white sauce. It was deliciously prepared. Fresh toppings, cheesy filled buttery crust toasted just right. And served to me warm in a hot box. The tiny waiting area was clean. The young lady was friendly and helpful. I never noticed this location. Location notes: The establishment is small and easy to miss. It is tucked away at the far end of the Sunrise Marketplace Plaza. I bought the pizza for $3.25 because I redeemed some of my pizza points and still received 6 points for my order. Thank you for the great service. We will be returning often.

Pizza Hut in my honest opinion has been on a massive downward trend to me as far as their pizza's flavor goes. I hadn't been a fan of their pizza in ages but years ago they did their gourmet pizza's added new types of pizza and crust flavors and drizzles and I absolutely loved pizza hut. The pizza tasted good and was a great deal, fast-forward to today and all of those things are gone and the pizza is back to tasting bland to just okay at best. I placed my last order with them because it had been a while since I had ordered one and hoped maybe there had been some improvement. Sadly this was not the case, Pizza Hut needs to re-evaluate their ingredients/prep-methods/everything and possibly hire taste testers that have actual taste-buds and make some moves. My review is based purely on the absolute mediocrity of the pizza.

Worst pizza service ever . I ordered 2 large pizzas for takeout , they told me it would take 15-20min . After 15min I changed my mind and asked them to deliver it instead . They told me it would take 25-30min to deliver it (even though I only live 5min away) I said okay . Because I understand they have other orders to deliver . 45min have passed then I called back to ask if my order was on the way. Apparently they “were waiting on the drive to get back “ . I said okay . 10min later . I get a call back asking if I wanted my pizza delivered ???!!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ By this time I’m frustrated . I spoke with the dispatcher in charge she promised that the pizza was still hot and fresh . When they FINALLY delivered it , it was not .Cold !! And Dry !! So if you plan on ordering either 1: order ahead of time or 2: just pick up your order . Worst experience ever ! P.S I am not one to post bad reviews , but that’s how bad my experience was !!

It's rare that my order isn't missing items. Dipping sauce missing, toppings missing, and things I pay extra for (pan crust, extra toppings, etc) are missing. Why pay $25 -$40 an order when I can go somewhere I actually get what I paid for? I will say that the workers are okay. The food is just always messed up.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with chicken and beef xtra cheese if u r as loyal to Pizza Hut as me then you know it isn’t cheap when it showed up to my house it was all cheese nothing else I called it back in and was told rudely I would have to wait 35 minutes for another as if I was the problem this location sucks I asked the rude lady if she was the manager she said yes team leader I asked her name she told me she would send it to me with driver in 35 minutes and I’m now waiting because I have not another choice and again corporate Society win again I have learned my lesson I’ll use papa John’s from now on

Update: The las 3 orders, i ordered thin crust bacon pinaple and jalapeño, and they sebd hand toss, as the las 2 were wrong today I called and told them to make aure it was thin and well done, it was well done but it had the wrobg topings.. Im giving up on you Usually is a good place but today, they gave me the wrong crust and on the second one wrong toppings and the onion was burned.. hor that happened??? And missing the green pepers... and bad attitud of the lady that gave us the pizzas... maybe they had a bad day but also ruin my night

I order two medium any toppings pizza and brownies They gave me one larger pizza and brownies I called to get a refund and they used DoorDash to deliver the pizza So I called they said you have to talk to Door dash to get the refund and Then Door Dash you have to call Pizza Hut ..So basically I didn’t get resolved
