In all honesty, the amount of time you are waiting for your food to be prepared (20-25 minutes) is not truly worth the quality of the food. The staff were a little too relaxed and the place itself seemed a bit run-down. The food was received hot and fresh, however it definitely did not live up to its expectations.

The chicken is fabulous. Seasoned perfectly .Baked beans are soo good. Mac and cheese is cheesy and baked. Peach cobbler is the best in Las Vegas. This is a true soul food place with really good food. I love the fact they use turkey in their greens and baked beans because I don't eat pork. I will keep going back.

I moved from LA to Vegas. In LA there is a LOUISIANA Chicken everywhere, whereas there is only 1 Louisiana in Vegas. Honestly, all the positive reviews I read must be the owner, his friends, and family. For starters the food is extremely overpriced. In Vegas I ordered a 2 piece chicken combo, they charge $ 10.50 for this, why? In LA this same order cost me anywhere from $5.50 to$6.50 depending on which Louisiana I visited. Second, the wait time is ridiculous 20 to 25 minutes, that's if no one's ahead of you. In LA wait time is 10 to 15 minutes with people ahead of you. Basically, here in Vegas your paying more for slower service. Pro's to this Vegas location chicken is fresh and excellent. Seating is excellent plenty of it and spacious. Third for me it's a black owned and operated business. Fourth the friendliness of staff is solid, however all these pro's don't outweigh the cons.

I dislike the food but first i dislike the service. Because they laughing and joking around in the back then after that the lady didnt have no gloves and she wasnt dressed correctly. And then the food was nasty....the yams were dry and the greens taste like canned greens but what was worst was the seasoning...the fish was salty the chicken was bland and the mac n cheese was salty EVERYTHING WAS OVER SEASONED

Food is always on point...Makes me feel like in back in l.a where they are on every corner. Service is very homey feeling, like your at your granny's house on a holiday. Fun, friendly, family orientated, reasonably priced, and delicious :) on one bad comment...bring back the other hot sauce you had, this one is not that great

Food was undercooked and was blamed on how they marinade their chicken. Pink chicken?? Try again!! I cook and I am very aware when chicken is not throughly cooked. I wasnt rude but I asked for a refund. It was unrefundable which was fine. I asked for my order to be done over as the next option (This is what I did not appreciate). The cashier proceeds to get their mom, auntie, granny and whoever else they were able to find as if I just asked for all the money in the register. After being looked up and down and interrogated about my undone chicken, "the crew" finally decided to re-cook the order. Wow what exceptional customer service! Trying to intimidate your customers. Glad I dont intimidate easily, especially when it comes to my money, my health, and my food. After a 15-20 minute wait for throughly cooked chicken, I finally received a new batch of throughly cooked wings. No more pink chicken! It would have been absolutely wonderful if the "marinade" on the chicken was even worth it! Location C Customer Service C- Food D+ Overall experience D
