Mcdonald's

I placed a mobile order and picked up in drive thru. One item was customized. I ordered two meals plus three individual items. They gave me one order of fries and attempted to charge me for the missing fries. I ordered meals though. Fries were unsalted and sauces for nuggets were missing. No ice in one of the drinks. Came right after breakfast so fries should have been hot and fresh.

Usually this location isn't bad but today my husband went to get me some McDonald's and these fries are hard as rocks. I'm not sure if someone was upset they were at work or what's going on, but I can't stand this location. The workers there must be miserable. I understand to a point, but rock solid French fries? No. Do yourselves a favor and go to the location on Jones and 95. They are usually always good there. At least my sweet tea doesn't taste like it's a week old this time.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's EVER!!! I'm not sure how they always have business. I've been here twice and each time there are customers that are in there complaining. They can never seem to get an order right. I asked for an egg Mc Muffin they give me a sausage Mcmuffin. I ask for a large they give me a small, I ask for no salt on my fries they put a no salt sticker on my cheeseburger instead of the fries that have no salt. The first time I was in there as I'm ordering, the manager who is taking my order just stared at her watch the entire time. And of course couldn't get my order correct. I wish I could give this place no stars and a middle finger. I will never ever come back to this McDonald's.

Place never is open at night when it should be and says it's open. Also they never have shakes they always say there machines are broke. They have been saying that for over a year literally everytime I've went there they say the same thing. Orders are always wrong or food is cold never have I had a good experience and since it's close to my house I've been there over 20 times in the last 6 years. And no good experience yet and don't plan to go there unless I have to

Three times that I try to get ice cream and they never have any available after 8pm??? Is this location 24 hours???? Why made me do the line in the drive thru and then not having what we want ? We had to wait until they serve all the cars in front of me … really ????? Always the sabe with not luck wit your ice cream . What a disappointed situation.
