It was decent. Service was fast and friendly. Knocked off a star because my hashbrown was cold and stuck to the wrapper. Pretty sure it wasn't cooked all the way either. Spicy Chicken McGriddle was good
Food is fine, service felt like they didn't care
Ok so I live super close to this McDonald's. We eat here very often. First off, the food quality is top notch for a McDonald's. It really seems like the staff takes quality into consideration. The staff is super friendly and attentive which I find is a rarity in fast food joints. Today the manager even interacted with my kid so it was a super cool experience. The restaurant is clean and new inside and outside. The bathrooms were nice as well. All in all I think even if I lived farther away this would be out go to McDonald's. Great job guys! Keep up the high standards.
You can spend $30-40 & you still get a messed up order! The same manager long curly tip hair,that ignores what his employees does and how they act,different employees OFTEN,been going for 6 years😬,and MET one RECENTLY, SHE actually told me she was in the military and she was going be working a double shift,it was actually on memorial day,lol I felt like she needed a 5 dollar tip to eat later that day,I do tip often, but if I could have took my 5 dollars back lol,bc not even 2 days later I seen a different side,she was rude to my son and she didn't know he was with me,I just observed her,and I know people who got out the military and have a way different personality than that,they are happy and respectful! Lord!! I just ordered a coffee and got out of there!! Going there is like Should I or Shouldn't I,"bc you just don't know how your food will look and who will be serving you!lol
I look forward to seeing the lady who takes your money in the mornings at the first window for I feel like years. She's even brought my dogs treats & always tells everythings okay- her kindness goes along way- I carry it through the day
Surprisingly fast to get my doordash order ready. A lot of other restaurants prioritize their drive-thru. But this McDonald's work quickly to get all orders out. Thank you
The manager was doing a fabulous job at juggling the demand at the counter, the window, the staffing shortage, the apparently frivolous complaint calls over the phone. I have no idea who he is but seems to wear more hats than the average person would. Can over hear him on the phone saying that the “customer is always right”. Very impressed and would return just to support him!
Average McDonalds visit. Service was slow, we had to pull up to wait for 2 quarter pounders. Employees were friendly.
It's McDonalds...need more be said? This particular "fast food" business establishment has excellent customer service, quality foods being served, cleanness of establishment appeared up to par, prices are within acceptable rates of all other similar type business establishments. I'd recommend this particular establishment to family, friends and the general public.
Usually I wouldn't rate any McDonalds 5 stars.. but they impressed me. We went at 930 pm on a Friday and the shake machine was open! So good!
