If I could give higher than 5 stars on this place, I would. The ribs were the best I have ever had. They make their own sausage and the flavor was wonderful. It was cooked to perfection, a little crispy on the outside and tender juiciness on the inside. They were so nice there too. Allllllllll kinds of beer if ypu like beer. The prices are cheap too.

While doing a Cajun food tour, our first stop in Lafayette was here where we tried the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich which was AMAZING. I wish I could give it 10 stars

We ordered food to feed 12 people for a party at our office! When the party was over, there was no food left. It was delicious! We usually end up with half pans of food going in the garbage... well not this time! Plus, I'd also like to add that I called the order in the day before, so it was very short notice and they still made it happen. We appreciated them and will be back!

my go to favorite is a link of sausage & a side of their homemade bbq sauce, which is a must have for your own kitchen!

Fun place to visit. Really good barbecue. Very tasty meats. We went on a Sunday and got the brunch meal with egg and biscuit on sausage. It was pretty good. We also got the pork steak plate. That was really good. Very large quantities. Unfortunately the brisket was out when we visited.

Excellent BBQ. Not many places are open around here on a Sunday morning but this place was and it was a great surprise. Best BBQ we've had in the south. We got the Sunday pork BBQ and the brunch bowl with smoked sausage. Both were excellent - make sure to try the spicy sauce. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Lovely to sit on the patio with the big windows allowing for a really nice breeze. Top quality.

I ordered the brisket plate. I enjoyed the brisket. For sides, I tried the potato salad, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw. The Mac and cheese was very tasty. I also had a boudin. Although it was difficult to eat the skin, the flavor was amazing.
Of course I had to try the beignets but I thought they were alright. They turn into a soft, mush texture when eaten and chewed very easily. I think I prefer a chewier texture.
Their customer service was also nice as they remade an order that someone in my group had when a mixup happened.

Pretty good. Had the Clay’s Way (Pulled Pork, Coleslaw, Extra BBQ Sauce) and a link (very tiny) of boudin. Sandwich was good. I wasn’t blown away by any means but good. The boudin was tasty. The spices in it are great. They forgot to put the sauce on my sandwich so I had to ask for some. No big deal. They were cool about it. I plan to return and try more of the menu.

Definitely worth the stop and detour on the way from New Orleans to Houston. Truly delicious and out of the world food and BBQ! Don't forget to grab some dessert or cake to go! It was amazing. The country style ribs were totally incredible. The just fell apart and so moist. I would live here!
