New favorite place in Lafayette LA! Lafayette isn't exactly known for world-class meals, but Pamplona is definitely the exception! My partner and I stopped through on the way to another state for work and couldn't be happier that we did. The cocktails were creative, and the food was divine! Do not pass up a chance to eat here! The paella was even better than what I've had in Miami! We had the Foie Gras, the Quail Egg Sliders, Ceviche, and the Paella Valenciana.
These guys have a great cocktail bar. Really liked the Tiki inspired drinks.
The fries were outstanding.

Been trying to try this place for years! One daughter finished UL in '19, & luckily, my twin girls are there now! These tapas rock! Something for every taste...vegetarian, gluten free, have no fear!! The cocktails are so original & delicious...& the prices are amazing, despite the somewhat formal & gorgeous setting. This is España! Be certain to make a reservation, & outdoor seating was charming, & even more romantic & Euro!
I don't get out much to places that require a reservation but I was very glad to try Pamplona. Their winter menu was available for my visit and it included a wide array of tapas that my party enjoyed immensely. Street parking was manageable and there are other places within walking distance that you may wish to visit as well. The staff were kind, friendly and almost always available. Also, my friend said their Duck Fat Fries were the best she ever had!
We went to Pamplona for the decoration we saw when visiting Jefferson Street. The Christmas decoration was really amazing and the cocktails were fun and tasty. We had a blast eating those tapas with such a unique ambiance
Phenomenal tapas! Great atmosphere and delightful staff made this a truly great experience. The garlic shrimp was so good...had to get the ciabatta to soak up the broth. Sending out a personal thanks to Joshua for his customer friendly service.

Everything was so good, but our favorites are the duck fat fries and the paella! Make sure to order the paella ahead of time, it takes about 40 minutes to make!

We were in Lafayette for the weekend and Pamplona came highly recommended. Pamplona did not disappoint. We stuck with small plates: hummus, seared scallops, Mac and Gouda, duck confit, crawfish croquettes, and the piece de resistance - flan. It exceeded expectations. Pamplona has an EXTENSIVE cocktail menu - try it. Great atmosphere. Excellent service.
Always a memorable evening with interesting cuisine. Exceptionally enjoyable at Christmas time!

Amazing food, love the following: Bacon wrapped dates, marinated olives, pork belly, duck fat fries, charcuterie and cheese, escargot and ribeye.
Extensive drink menu we call the "bible", Old Fashioned are the best around, and Elizabeth Taylor is a great drink.
They also have a flight of absinthe available to order, if you're a fan of sambuca or licorice, then you should enjoy it.
Atmosphere is intimate and chill with low lighting.
Recommend making reservations.
