New favorite place in Lafayette LA! Lafayette isn't exactly known for world-class meals, but Pamplona is definitely the exception! My partner and I stopped through on the way to another state for work and couldn't be happier that we did. The cocktails were creative, and the food was divine! Do not pass up a chance to eat here! The paella was even better than what I've had in Miami! We had the Foie Gras, the Quail Egg Sliders, Ceviche, and the Paella Valenciana.

I don't get out much to places that require a reservation but I was very glad to try Pamplona. Their winter menu was available for my visit and it included a wide array of tapas that my party enjoyed immensely. Street parking was manageable and there are other places within walking distance that you may wish to visit as well. The staff were kind, friendly and almost always available. Also, my friend said their Duck Fat Fries were the best she ever had!

We went to Pamplona for the decoration we saw when visiting Jefferson Street. The Christmas decoration was really amazing and the cocktails were fun and tasty. We had a blast eating those tapas with such a unique ambiance

Been trying to try this place for years! One daughter finished UL in '19, & luckily, my twin girls are there now! These tapas rock! Something for every taste...vegetarian, gluten free, have no fear!! The cocktails are so original & delicious...& the prices are amazing, despite the somewhat formal & gorgeous setting. This is España! Be certain to make a reservation, & outdoor seating was charming, & even more romantic & Euro!

Phenomenal tapas! Great atmosphere and delightful staff made this a truly great experience. The garlic shrimp was so good...had to get the ciabatta to soak up the broth. Sending out a personal thanks to Joshua for his customer friendly service.

It's been so long since I've been here, and the food is so good! Although a small establishment, it gets real pack, real fast! Make sure to have reservations are expect a wait! We had the following:

Everything was so good, but our favorites are the duck fat fries and the paella! Make sure to order the paella ahead of time, it takes about 40 minutes to make!
