I visit this Arbys at about 3:30 3:45 p.m. and the person at the window had a rude attitude this is the type of attitude that you can't trust anything can happen to your order. When I gave her the shake back to say it was the wrong shake she didn't like that. And when I asked how much my order she didn't like that either. I thought because places is hiring people 30 and above we get better service, some are worse than the younger. People needs Jesus in their hearts.

I had the Reuben sandwich with fries and a drink. The Reuben was a little salty but it was good. I had extra meat and cheese and it still was under 11 bucks, arbys is probably my new favorite

If I could post 0 I would. Staff laughing and cutting up while customers are in the store, one employee was constantly snacking on the pecan chicken salad I believe the name of the guy was William, he was boasting about how easy his job is and the way he talked to the woman he came in with was rude... Sounds like they have a narcissist working as a shift manager now. Never eating here again.

I tried one of their new burgers, deluxe version, and it was really good. I was surprised, a burger at Arby's. I will buy it again when I visit.

Their Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich is back and it is delicious! As always the curly fries were good. Highly recommend the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich while it's available

Purchased Brisket today and it was half meat and half fat. So basically, I ate half of a sandwich. Very disappointed, I usually enjoy Arby's Brisket, this is the first time I've ever been disappointed 😞 I went back later that day explained I was really disappointed with the sandwich, young lady said they don't have any control over the meat thats the way it is received. She asked if I wanted another sandwich I replied yes. It was better. (I started to ask if they pay attention to what they are serving) I've changed to three stars.

Usually the food is excellent. I assuming because I got really fresh fries....the poor pecan chicken salad sandwich I received was deemed acceptable. Lol, I see apples....I see grapes...oh and lettuce. Just unfortunate.
