Great beer and super cute place Food was ok. I loved the pretzel and variety of European (German) was good. However the spatzel tasted over cooked or old not sure which but it was tough.

Schultz Brau is the jack of all trades. Whether you’re looking for a pit stop for some beer or food, wanting to do family movie night, watch a game, listen to live music, or even sit by the fire! I love the German atmosphere here. It feels like you get to get out of Knoxville for the time that you’re there! Their food and beers are great! Highly recommend!

Superior beer! German style everything and they are spot-on authentic. The atmosphere is incredible as you can see in the photos - it’s even more amazing in person. Grand hall with a fun Biergarten. Very friendly staff who were also helpful when people tried to figure out what they might like. Food was good (had schnitzel with green beans and potato salad) and was just a great time overall.

Excellent experience! A true German Biergarten! It’s an amazing place, family friendly, pet friendly, great patio/outdoors Oktoberfest style setting where you can share (or not) tables with other people. You order your food, drinks in advance and move freely as you make new friends. Great local beers, authentic German food. Water faucets/cups all over the place, Service is beyond nice and friendly. Ten stars!

Very neat place. Extensive menu of what I perceive to be authentic German food, plus pizza for the less adventurous. Ordering is smooth, and the beer garden is both picturesque and relatively COVID safe. Then there's the beer. I honestly tried only one style but it was done so well that I have no doubt the rest are also great. Combine all of that with reasonable pricing and it's a 5 star experience, glad we stopped by.

Huge outdoor patio for enjoying beautiful Tennessee days. Delicious German food (order outside) and plenty of beer options. Be sure to stop in during Oktoberfest! Great for large tables too!
