I used a Local Flavor gift certificate offer. Rolled Special Rainbow with Animal Crackers, Blackberries and small Pocki. A thai iced tea with mango and strawberry popping bubbles. A black tea with milk. Friendly service and high quality ingredients. Great atmosphere. Everything is well decorated, even the plant vases have gel water bubbles in them, so cute!

I was waiting for a boba tea shop in Farragut!!!! So glad we now have one and it also does rolled Thai ice cream. The flavors are so good and prices are great!!! Will make this my go to boba tea spot ❤️ Edit: so after coming here often since they opened, I’ve come to the conclusion that the icecream is always a safe choice. The teas however are a hit or miss. Not high quality matcha and the lychee/green tea/melon teas are very perfume-y and taste artificial. Taro tea is alright and so far only the Thai tea is really good. Look forward to trying more flavors.

Delicious fresh matcha ice cream. The play area kept my toddlers very entertained. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I tried the strawberry milk tea as well. The tea was good but next time I will order it with no tapioca. Not a fan, and every time I sucked on the straw my mouth would fill with tapioca, made it hard to enjoy the drink.

Beautiful & clean place with delicious boba tea drinks & ice cream menu. I wish they would close late on Friday & Saturday, 9PM is a little too soon.

First thought when I walked in, the place looks great! Pretty and inviting! There are comfy seats, pastel color palette, fresh and clean looking. The ice cream rolls are delicious! There's a fun little ball pit for kids to play in as well.

They have some of the best vegan ice-cream I have had. I wish they advertised it more - it would be a hit! Several vegan options, including vanilla, and the vanilla base is oat milk. My boyfriend had a non-vegan flavor and liked it, as well.

Pigtails & Crewcuts Turkey Creek

Delicious ice cream! My son had a great time playing and was fascinated watching them make the ice cream. Most of all, I’m excited to have some better tea options in Turkey Creek! Highly recommend.
