We had a nice dinner on Monday. The place was hopping for the day of week and given that it is off season.
The calamari we shared to start was good, though the star of the plate was the bread soaked in the garlic and sauce.
The veal scaloppini seemed better than the other mains - seafood soup and osso bucco.
The brownie for dessert was salty, sweet, warm, and cold.

Staff was exceptional. Knowledgeable about wines paired with specific entrees. I had the lamb boco. It was a full on shank. Be prepared with a healthy appetite. It was braised in a wine reduction. Top five lamb I’ve ever had. Saying that is up there with the like of Cafe Giovani New Orleans, Toni’s Indianapolis. The place was packed but, still felt very intimate. Our sever Nichole was bright, personable, without being over bearing. Her support was on it while still being invisible. Should you venture to Key West, this place should be a top pick!
We had a great experience overall. The food was delicious and unique. The linguine was made in house and fresh. I would definitely recommend the special meatballs with linguine. I thought the seafood linguine was okay but my husband loved it (dominant seafood flavors & not as much cream/Parmesan in the sauce per my taste). The lasagna was very meaty and savory, reminded me of a Shepard’s pie spin on lasagna. Escargot was the best I’ve had. The atmosphere and service were great. The house wines were also really good (moscato, merlot, Chianti we’re nice). I’d recommend!
Our waitress Stephanie was AMAZING. The food was amazing as well! Great overall experience we were just not impressed with the overly obnoxious bartender. Unfortunately we couldn't even hear our own conversation over her yelling across the restaurant. But again Stephanie was amazing and our food was perfect!
Friendly staff. Attentive. Delicious food!!!
Great atmosphere, but mediocre food. Offered homemade pasta, but my linguine was thick, and more of a square than a flattened pasta. Ordered the seafood pasta with vodka sauce. The seafood was delicious and plentiful. The vodka sauce was good, but not sure I would describe it as sauce. It was more of a broth as there was no texture to it. Service was ok, not great. Server forgot to put order in, but covered her tracks well. Grilled eggplant app, though, was delicious. Also have to pay for bread service, which either does not include refills, or we weren't offered any. Odd cause it seemed like we received rolls, while other tables received focaccia. Unsure why or how that is decided.
This is a good reliable Italian spot in the heart of Duval street. We enjoyed the Caesar salad and the mains, and they were very kind to make Chicken Parm for my son after I noted that they had a veal chop parm and a chicken Milanese on the menu. The bolognese was good and the grouper + gnocchi special was as well (but not great).
Their key lime pie dessert was excellent!!
I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable unpretentious Italian spot in Key West.
Food here was good, I was a little disappointed that all seating was indoors and it was chilly. Though everything we had was good I won't be adding this to my go-to places when I'm in the keys. BTW, bread service for one crisp flatbread and 2 rolls, that were hard, is $4.
The food was delicious and very shareable. The servers and staff were very attentive. We had a great experience.
