Little Caesars

Went here a couple times recently for the lunch hour. They were packed. Out of the pair working, only one appeared to be working. A staff member was slowly rolling dough and ignoring the telephone. The bread, both times we got it, was not the quality you expect from Little Caesar's bread. The first time it was mostly uncut and had to tear it apart in my car. The 2nd time, every piece of bread was maybe 3 inches long. I expect most pieces to be longer, with maybe 1 or 2 little nubby pieces at the end that are good to give to the little kids when sharing an order. The flavor was lacking both times, but at least it wasn't overly salty. I think it needed more butter and parmesan. I hope they step it up a little more, because Little Caesar's is my fav and this location is now the last one around driving distance for me. The pizza was good both times, so I rate it 4 stars.

Update09/2022: We have continued to order on a FAR LESS REGULAR BASIS- once the pizza tasted really sour. Tossed it. That $12 gone. Once my family was informed, they were out of dough and he would have to purchase different/higher priced pizza. He left and I ordered pizza hut online. IF YOU RAN OUT OF THE MOST USED DOUGH AT THE BEGINNING OF DINNER RUSH, THEN OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE AT THE SAME PRICE, MAYBE? PANDEMIC DELAYS ARENT THE EXCUSE IT USED TO BE. there are some young people working there who truly are doing their best. So, thank you, guys. Original Review: I get things are crazy for businesses with the current times being what they are. But the last time I went, people told me they couldn't call the store. I waited a really long time 20+ minutes, when all the parts for my order were available the entire time. I just tried to place an order for pick up and the app said they're not accepting online orders. They close at 8 which is nuts for a pizza place. And add to that, a couple months ago, I pulled up at 7:45 pm and the employee who was waking to their car to leave told me "sorry we're closed" when I asked what time they close, I was hesitently told 8pm.... oh. So 745 is when the last person left...hmmmm. Ishpeming lacks quick and easy choices....taco bell will probably fix that since little Cesar's doesn't seem to want the business. I think we will take my business elsewhere, which is sad since I typically spend about $25-$35 per visit... and we typically order 2 to 3 times a week. EDIT 08-11-2023: I recently made the decision to give this place one more go, and I have to say I was PLEASENTLY SURPRISED. FIRST: Staff appearance was 100% improved. Everyone was wearing a uniform, and it made me happy to see the days of people walking around in slippers while making food, have passed. The manager on duty (I apologize for not getting your name sir), did a phenomenal job. Professional, courteous, and kind. It feels like an entirely different atmosphere. I placed my order with a young person who clearly appeared to be out of their element at the front counter but did a fine job, nonetheless. He didn't take my name, and he should have, but that's not too terribly important. When the manager took over, he worked really hard to get everything in order. He offered customers small free items for the inconvenience of having to wait. We got a little overheated while waiting, as they don't seem to have functional A/C. If the customers were that uncomfortable, I am genuinely concerned for the health and safety of the crew. It had to have been miserable for them. Now, the last time I ordered here, the food tasted weird and made me feel a bit ill. But this time, it was FANTASTIC. In fact, I only have one negative thing to say about the food.... I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, 1 order of crazy bread, and an order of Italian cheese bread. And because of how crazy it was and how hot it was, I will 100% forgive you for this.... I was accidentally given a pepperoni deep dish instead of my Italian cheese bread. I will be returning this time. Excellent work everyone! Keep it up! Thanks1

6/20/23- Just had the best service and the most bestest sausage pizza I’ve ever had from Little Caesars! Keep up the great work! Thanks for the great experience :)! 1/26/23- What a fantastic experience at Ishpeming Little Caesars! We placed an order for a large sausage pizza for pick up. It was ready when I entered, the cashier girl was super professional and friendly, the place was clean even with how busy they were. I went to buy two flavor dips and she let me have them instead. Most importantly, the pizza was delicious! 5/5 stars all around. For $7, you aren’t beating that anywhere!
