Aloha Sushi-waikiki

Aunty always serves up ono grinds. They know us here because my wife and son love the crunch Maki. They also have really good shrimp Shuman. The owner is always kind and comes from the prep area to say hello. We love Aloha Sushi. She comes out and gives my son hugs. Gotta love the mom and pop stores!

My highschool class and I went to Hawaii for our senior trip. We wanted some quick sushi so we came here. The sushi was delicious, and the older woman working was so personable. She checked up to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as wished us luck in life after finding out we had graduated. She is such a sweet lady and I'd recommend aloha sushi for the food as well as the service.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The owner is such a sweet lady! And the food is good for the price! I am a f/a who travels the world and stays all over the world. As such, I am always looking for economical ways to eat on layovers, especially in “tourist” areas. This place is priced lower than anyone around and I get good quantity for my price. I think the quality is good too, but I am not Asian, so I can’t really tell you if the noodles are the best, but they taste great to me! Aloha Sushi not only has sushi, but my vegetarian daughter likes their veggie sushi, and the also have noodles (I like the spicy ramen) & Teriyaki meat dishes too! The only people who might complain about this place are…negative people who like to complain, just so they can draw attention to themselves!
