A nice little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. When I went it wasn't very busy, easy to get a seat. The portions were generous, and I thought it tasted good. There are a crazy ammount of choices on the menu, like over a hundred, it was kind of overwhelming. I was tempted to just get something I had heard of, but instead got chicken with black beans and mushroom, it was great. Food was very cheap for honolulu standards, most things on menu are around 10 dollars.
My parents and I each ordered their special which was the Oyster sauce chicken over cake noodles for $8.50. It was kinda' funny that each of us wanted our own to ourselves. Customers next to us secretly glanced over as the waitress brought over 3 orders of the special. Lol. It did look funny, but hey we all wanted the same thing
Hole in the wall Chinese restaurant on Liliha. Owner was originally from Hong Kong Harbor restaurant at Aloha Tower. Delicious food...not fancy. We always look forward to having an impromptu family dinner there. My alltime favorite dish is the garlic fish. Delicious!
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Love the dinner plate. Not the cheapest around but consistent high quality. Just a little place run by a husband and wife team.
A favorite little tucked away local restaurant, liked by my mom and now by us. We continue to stop by and order one of my mom's favorite dishes, the oyster chicken cake noodles.
Fabulous food, generous portions, nice staff and great service. Price is right for the amount of food you get.
I love all the Mui Kwai restaurants. Their flavors suit my taste perfectly!
