We went through the Dive Tru. The young man taking our order was very nice. I ordered the meal that has the 3 Bacon Cheese Krystal's add Mayo w/ Cheese Tots and a large Sweet Tea, Mike ordered 5 chess Krystal's and a large Sweet Tea. He paid for our ordered and the young man handed our 1 large Sweet Tea and a straw and then said it would be a minute on our food. He didn't charge us for the second Tea and we had other drinks so we said nothing. In no time at all our food was being handed out to us. 1 bag for the Krystal's and 1 for the tots. We parked in the parking lot to eat. All items were there. The Krystal's were nice and hot off the grill. Unfortunately they didn't put my mayo on my burgers. No problem I can eat them without it. The tots were OK. They had very little Cheese on them. But I didn't complain. And yes I will return there again someday soon.

I came to the Hixson location at 3:41pm the drive thru attendant which was a male. He was extremely friendly and very accurate with my order..it was raining so he placed my cash in my order and even after giving me my order still cracked a joke…got home could tell my order was made fresh I was very empresses in the past I’ve had some bad experiences but definitely not today…wish I knew the mans name to actually give him some props

I've tried this Krystal's many times and it had been about 8 months or so since I had tried them again until last night. I asked for 2 #3's with cheese but no drink with the combos and I asked for the fries to be turned into chili cheese fries with 7 Xtra chili's and 7 extra cheese's on each chili cheese fries. I told them that I didn't want more fries just a whole lot of chili and cheese and I wanted them swimming in both... $32. Is what they charged and im good with that as long as im getting what I paid for. The order barely had any chili and cheese. The person cooking refused to put the extra on the fries and tried to tell me it was already on there. I asked for the money for the fries back. They charged me $10 per fry and when she was asking the guy at the drive through cash register he told her he had actually put 8 extras on 1 of those fries and she was suprised... which means she was lying about all the extras being out on the fries. Theres a reason why this krystals is failing. Try the one on shallowford road or soddy daisey because they never disappoint and there service is awesome. Stay away from this one.

Google's listing of business hours is wrong, at least for now. As it stands, Krystal at 4868 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN, (at the Cloverdale Drive intersection, just across the street from Stuart Heights Baptist Church) is open until midnight. Google lists their hours as being open until 02:00 AM. I went through the drive-thru at the Hixson Pike Krystal just after midnight Wednesday night and was told by the girl on the intercom that unless I was there to pick up one of two phone orders, they were closed, that they closed at midnight. As for the food, they're the best in the business at what they do, which is steamed mini-burgers (Krystals), Krystal Chicks, Krystal Chili, Krystal Pups and Chili Cheese Pups hot dogs, french fries, and other items (see Krystal's menu for the full selection). My only beef is that they tend to put way too much mayo on their Krystal Chicks, so I order mine with no mayo, which means a chicken breast filet and a hamburger dill chip pickle on a Krystal bun. The other option is to scrape or scoop off the excess mayo, unless you really, really like mayo. Their chili is really good, especially on a cold winter day, and with a Krystal or Krystal Chick on the side, "soup and sandwich" style. The chili is served with oyster crackers. Of course there's nothing quite like an original Krystal burger, or a Krystal with cheese. Last but not least--and oft overlooked--are their Krystal Pup and Chili Cheese Pup hot dogs, which are all-beef miniature hot dogs, in keeping with the mini burger theme. Those are my personal favorites. Look at Krystal's menu to decide for yourself which items are your personal favorites. Bon appétit.

I've continuously tried to give this location a shot and I've also gotten it quite a few times while door dashing and I've never gotten through the drive through any quicker then 30 minutes. It's always evening but doesn't matter what day it's always the same. One Thursday I actually sat in drive through for 1 hour 8 minutes just cause I couldn't afford to unassign my doordash order. I've worked for Krystal's and even short staffed there isn't any reason it should take that long.

On today’s visit, I came to the driveThrough at 12:23 PM and the gentleman that was on the drive-through speaker was taking my order. I specifically asked him on number #3 Krystal chicks meal could be cooked to order. He didn’t say anything and I ask again to make sure and he just gave me my total and told me to pull around. Once I got to the drive through window. I ask him again and he stated” your Krystal chick, just came up. Once I got my food the only thing that seem fresh and hot was my fries. I wouldn’t have had to go get my money back if they made sure the Krystal chicks were hot and fresh. The drive through person whether young or old needs to learn how to communicate with their customers and not just talk to them when needing to take the customers money. That was a waste of my time now. Thankfully they gave my money back. It doesn’t take much to interact with your Customers whether you having a good day or not.
