Good quality donuts, friendly service. Would love to able to get hot, fresh donuts during the day, not just the mornings. Inside space is large enough not to be crowded, but a bit messy and not too comfortable.

One of my favorite Dunkin locations! Only one other I’ve been to as good as this one and that one is in Florida.
Coffee was hot, food was heated through, the croissant was warm and crispy, and the hash browns hot and crispy too.
If I lived closer to this one I’d be there more often!

I ordered a small coffee and 2 apple fritters at the drive through yesterday morning May 23 . When I arrived at work I found 3 old dried out apple fritters in the bag. I guess they thought 3 old fritters equaled 2 fresh ones. The coffee is good but I will be buying my donuts elsewhere from now on

The employees at this Dunkin are some of the hardest working folks I've seen. There can be some mean and miserable customers at this location, and I've only ever seen smiles and politeness from the staff. They are truly what make this Dunkin awesome!!!

The lady was very nice, the drinks are good and service is quick but they do tend to run out of certain donuts early in the day.

Was told I would no longer be served if I got to their business at 850pm. Was told they close at 850 per the manager even though their door says 9pm. What a crock

We love the Hixson Dunkin! My girls love going in and picking there own special treat out.
Just be careful. The parking lots is small and people don't know how to drive!

I LOVE dunkin but The one thing Starbucks has that Dunkin doesn’t. Is consistency. How do they not know how to make their signature drinks? spending $5 on coffee for them to never get it right at this location is a problem… so I lose $ and still have no coffee. ☹️ Pleaaasseee dunkin get it together. We rely on you to get us on the go especially before work.
