Pizza Hut

I've never had a good experience at this Pizza Hut and today just topped it off to where I couldn't not leave a review to share just how terrible this location is. We tried ordering online and got a message that they weren't accepting online orders at this time. Fair enough. Called them and got disconnected. Okay, maybe they're closed. Drove by and were clearly open and online said they were open for another two hours. Sounds good. So I go inside to order and find a mess where the man behind the counter and a customer were literally shouting at each other due to her delivery order never showing up and she was refused a refund, being told to come back the next day and speak with a manager. After I stood there listening to this debacle for about five minutes the guy behind the counter said something about them being closed, when they clearly had customers in there waiting for their food that they had just ordered. So I chime in and say wait, you're closed? The guy behind the counter hesitates and then stammers out unsure of himself that yes they were indeed closed and would not accept my order I was about to place. Even though it was not even 9pm yet and their door as well as online clearly stated that they were open until 11pm. So sad that this is the pizza hut in our neighborhood as ordering from here is consistently a disaster. I've also experienced what others have reported of being in the drive through for literally 20 minutes and no one even coming to the window or seeming aware that someone was at the drive through. I don't know what kind of operation these people think they're running, but they clearly don't seem close to fit to even be running a place that serves pizza.

I called in an order today. 4/10/2022. When I got there they didn't have my order the manager said we will make it now, it will be 15 minutes. So 31 minutes later still waiting. No one came to the window to tell me anything. I blew my horn and kept saying hello through the window. Finally a girl came to the window and said I know your pizza was made where is it. She finally found it so 45 minutes I waited on my pizza. During my wait I saw the manager go out for a smoke then leave and go to the convenience store next to the Pizza Hut. When I got the pizzas I ordered they were cold. I will never ever go back to Pizza Hut again and I will tell anyone who asks not to go there. Worst food and service I have ever had from a resturant.

Just got off the phone with one of their managers who was incredibly rude. He canceled my order because I forgot to put my apt# and missed 2 phone calls with no message within a minute of each other 40 mins after placing the order. I called back immediately and he was very rude because I “cut him off” while he was talking he then proceeded to have a confrontational attitude with me. He told me to reorder and I said no. Keep the pizza honestly sorry for your franchise owner who probably loses a lot of business from your unprofessional attitude.

Ordered food abt 6 months ago and they left out some of our food and gave us a credit. I had nicu twins and then we all got covid so we weren't able to use my credit. Called the other day to order food and use my credit and they said it doesn't last longer than 60 days. Ummm so you JUST TAKE my money bc you left my food out I PAID FOR? We used to be pretty big fans of pizza hut...not anymore. How are you just going to take money over your mistake. 🙄

Our Pizza was cold and took almost an hour and a half to deliver due to it being delivered by door dash after we placed the order with the pizza hut not even a mile a away from my house. The pizza was cold, the cinnistixs under cooked and lacking the cinnamon topping and the bread sticks were cold and over baked.
