Cook Out

Pretty good. Everytime I come to cookout I get the pull pork plate with fries with a drink and maybe a shake (depending on how I feel) it was a very busy night tonight when I came to get my food, customer service was really good for it to be as many people in the drive through! Spent about $10, prices are reasonable especially for some quick bbq food! I’m impressed! A lot of fast food places would be rude and rushing you and even messing up orders, but I received good customer service here! Food is always good and fresh! 4 stars because it was packed and we waited in line for longer than expected but that’s not their fault, also the fries are crinkled and normally it’s just regular fries. Would recommend!

I love this franchise. Sometimes you're just in the mood for some cheap food, and Cook Out never disappoints. You get what you pay for and a little more. But I was particularly impressed with the service at this location. A gentleman in a purple polo served us and he was excellent, as were the rest of the staff.

Had a $57 order. (Large family) After I pulled out of the drive through I checked my bags and turns out I didn’t receive 7 items. I let them know and immediately the manager Josh said he personally filled the bags and said he doesn’t make mistakes and that I received all of my food. Seam to me it would be easy for another car to mistakenly receive some of my food. Either way I didn’t receive food that I had paid for.

I absolutely adore the staff here! I'm a difficult customer. I know I am. My order is always complicated. I have extra this, no that and as many cups of ice as I can order without feeling like a total pain in the ... All that being said, my order is always prompt, fresh, accurate, served with a smile and friendly staff. I absolutely adore them! They brighten my day and ruin my diet!

I will never go back to Cookout again. I ordered two Jr corndog trays. Checked my order before I left the window. Only one corndog was in each tray. The cashier stated that the Jr tray only came with one corndog. Proceeded to tell her the menu states 2. They said we could order 2 more corndogs. I went around to the menu took a picture of the menu and walked around to the window. The cashier proceeded to tell me, even though I was just at the window that I needed to be in a car and have a receipt. I showed her the picture of the menu where it stated 2 corndogs in each tray. She said I cannot help you. I would have to get back in line with was around the building. I have to work, I don't have time to wait 30 minutes when they clearly are wrong. They could have just handed me 2 corndogs and I would have been happy but no... Now I am going to tell everyone that Cookout is no place to spend their money. I don't want a free item, I want my money back. I'm done with Cookout. They will never get another dime from me again.
