Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered two papadias by phone. One was a Philly and the other one was a special order of meat, cheese, and onions. The special paradia came with a lot of red sauce which was not requested. When I called and talked to the manager she basically told me" tough luck " we put sauce on all of them. I told her that my wife did not want red sauce and we had to throw it away. She refused to even replace the item the way it was requested. I can't believe that Papa John's would hire and retain an employee with this kind of attitude towards a customer for such a trivial thing. Papa John's has just lost a long time customer because of her poor judgment and attitude. Her indiscretion cannot be excused or tolerated.

Wrong pizza sent. I stopped delivery man. The ticket was right showing we ordered New York style WITH pepperoni but we got a cheese pizza. The delivery man was nice and called it in but the shop called and said we didn’t place the order correctly. It took an hour and a half and the pizza was COLD. Your Hixson stir needs a lot of work PAPA!!

Never had an issue until now I ordered pepperoni got a cheese. And last time I ordered there was hardly any sauce on my pepperoni pizza. And I also ordered bread sticks and didn’t receive a sauce cup for it. That got under my skin. Decided to order again got cheese instead of pepperoni like I asked. Never ordering here again.

I have left reviews for this location before. But this time I will say one of my favorite words….CONSISTENCY!!! This Papa John’s is the gold standard for the brand. The food is consistently incredible, the staff is consistently courteous and polite. I have to stop myself from eating here almost every other night. The food is consistently delicious and it always tastes fresh. When you see the commercials for Papa John’s pizzas on tv, this is the kind of pizza that you imagine and it is sitting right in front of you. I’m pretty sure at this point I could write half a book on the finer points of why this Papa John’s location does everything right. In a time when it is dangerous to go out to get food because the quality of it could be in question, this Papa John’s breaks down all those barriers and shows that, “Hey you know what, it’s okay to go back outside again to go get food.” Papa John’s higher ups, pay attention to this location. Because they are making you proud. Pay these employees what they are worth. Make sure they are getting their time off and they are getting their downtime. Because they are worth it!! Thank you for proving me wrong and always giving me the best possible experience I could ever ask for.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, low sauce and well done. Ended up getting dough was raw. Had a ton of sauce on it. If I order a pizza a certain way, I expect to get what I ordered. Really let down about it all. It was garbage. Tossed it in the trash where it belongs. Guess pizza hut next door will start getting our business.
