Subway

This particular Subway needs to retrain for customer service. The attendants behind the counter most of the time seem put out by request of their guest. My husband asked for a six in sub, the attendant started to make a 12 inch, when I said something about it, she rolled her eyes, and that is where the attitude began. When I asked for more salad in my protein bowl, I got a lecture on how it was not a salad and that it would be hard to close the lid after all the ingredients were added, as once again, without me saying anything, rolled her eyes and added a little bit more lettuce. Food is enjoyed more when happy attitudes are involved. Won't be back unless my hubby drives there.

I went to pick up my online order today, and when I reached home I saw that on the receipt it said pepper jack cheese, and when I got home there was no cheese at all and also I said EXTRA ONIONS AND JALAPEÑOS but there were not there. I called immediately and the lady said, no I put cheese I think, like really think. The lady has glasses on, she looked young and her Staff/served by number is 999997. I recommend teaching that lady how to reply to customer and how to make a sandwich. Worst customer service ever. I would give it ZERO if I could.

All I ordered was a roast beef sandwich. They said they did not roast beef so they my husband a (steak) sandwich what a joke they sliced so thin you could hardly see it broke it into little pieces put it on a 6inch bun with a little mayo so all I had was a bread sandwich threw it in the garbage NEVER,NEVER AGAIN

I have been going to this location for over 20 years but today I pulled into the parking lot and saw that the employee was not wearing a mask while dealing with the food. Tennessee has been ranked as the worst state nationally for covid cases per 1 million people and it's easy to see why. I'm not going to get into the science of why wearing a mask is critical to lowering transmission rates but please for God's sake wear your mask at all times, especially when you are in the restaurant business. We are trying to do our part and order food from restaurants but they need to do their part to reduce the risks of transmission and help people feel safe! Needless to say, we did not eat there today.

I've always been a big fan of Subway and decided to stop in at the Hwy 153 location in Hixson, TN. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by two ladies who were cleaning the vegetable station but ready to get our order prepared. The sandwich artist was very knowledgeable and made a couple of recommendations which we took her up on. The sandwiches were made just perfect and the kind lady ringing up our order brought to our attention we could get a free drink if we wanted it based on our purchase of several sandwiches. That's what I call excellent customer service. It was also great seeing a perfect score of 100 posted on their recent restaurant inspection !
