Normally I love Waffle House. I always say it's fast, food's hot and every customer's name is "baby". Today was an off day. They had no spoons (hard to eat grits without one), my husband's steak sandwich was not hot, and it looked like the portion of hashbrowns was half the normal order. I had poached eggs, toast and grits. The grits were not warm enough to melt butter. They were busy but that is the norm. They were off their game today from an organizational standpoint. It's our favorite breakfast spot, so we will try again another day. The blueberry waffles are the best!

Went by Saturday at 2:30. Took 30 minutes to get my to go order ready. When I got home no waffle. The name of the place is waffle house. They left out my waffle. Sandwich I got only had meat on half. Waffle House is a good company. This one is a poor excuse.

At this time, having 5 employees at a time be would be amazing for this business. But even with these many employee they have about 13 orders on the wait and no one is ready to cook for customer. What is the point of having these many employee if they will not provide good customer service.

Visited the one on 153 near Hobby Lobby about 3 months ago and could not get any service or anyone to even acknowledge my presence, so I left. I went again today and almost the same thing happened, and they were not that busy. I've been to Waffle Houses all over the south for many year, and something is terribly wrong at this one. Employees not happy...very obvious they do not want to be here. Sad...if it keeps up, this location will be gone.

Was somewhat busy when we arrived but in typical Waffle House fashion, they managed to get us in and get our food in a timely manner. Staff seemed pleasant, especially our waitress.

I know, I know, 5 Stars for Waffle House. Let me explain. I run a restaurant that requires me to work pretty late. When I get off work sometimes I'm starving. I don't want Taco Bell, or Krystals (yuk), so I'll stop by Waffle House. I go often enough that they recognize me. Tommy the cook know exactly how I like my eggs. Dominique is the sweetest and takes her time with every table. You can never tell if she's overwhelmed. This is obviously not a Michillan 5 star review. This is a 5 star review for them consistently being what I need when I need it. Thanks y'all

While not busy Service was slower than other WHs. Did not receive Bacon ordered until near end of meal. Waitress friendly. Food was well cooked and tasty.

I have always loved Waffle House but To-Go has ruined this place. Waited 40+ mins for an All Star. Cook was grabbing waffles of the griddle with no glove. Overall very disorganized, chaotic, and gross. Hope some improvements are made .
