There was a small line cashier ask me to come to her register. A little bit too much mayo and ketchup on hamburger but it was good. I dined but went thru drive to take dessert home.

The ordering on the app to pick up inside the store just isn't what you would hope. There is no special place to pick up the order. You spend most of the time trying to get someone's attention to find out if your order is ready. This should be a convenience to order ahead, not an inconvenience. Then this last time, the shake fell over in the drink holder in the car, and since it's an open lid, it went all over the car.

Still the classic Dairy Queen with modern updates. Place was clean and had plenty of seating. Workers are polite and attentive. They will being your food to your table if you order in.

I love Dairy Queen, but they changed their menu, mainly the hamburger choices and I really don't know why. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Still good with nice customer service!

after going to the other DQ locations in chattanooga, this one is heavenly. good service, fast, and doesn’t mess up orders, truly appreciate this DQ as other have terrible service and can sit in the drive through for 30 minutes for a blizzard.

I've never had a problem picking up doordash orders from the drive thru but today some girl told me you have to come inside just to pick up an order. What a waste of time I won't be picking up from here again..and that girl knew she could have easily handed me that doordash order in the drive thru..but I had to sit in the drive thru like an idiot until I was able to leave.

Dairy Queen is true ice cream royalty. There is no guesswork as to what you’re going to get at DQ. The flavors are satisfying and the ice cream is always smooth and perfect.
