Waffle House

Oh how I wish the city I live in had a Waffle House. This is by far the best diner I have ever been to. I love the hospitality and being able to see my food being made. We had much fun playing music on the jukebox, and the food is just to die for. Not to mention, the prices are so good! Would recommend !

Well to start off was there 09/18/19 @ 5 pm when we pulled up to the restaurant there was no one there. No customers. We sat down and then the cook came in and took our order. There was a waitress but she was asleep over in the corner in a booth. The cook was very apologetic and said she has been there just like that when she came in. Our order was cooked and brought to us by the cook. Food was very good. Finally the waitress wroke up and she looked like death warmed over. The cook asked if I wanted a refill and I said sure, he told the waitress but never got the refill she was to busy fixing her something to eat. She has no customer service experience! Finally we got up to leave and the cook had to cash us out. This 1 star has nothing to do with the cook.... He was excellent!!!

Please, avoid this place if you can. I browsed other reviews but I can't see how we were reviewing the same place. 1. Dead slow... That was a sign... 2. The lady taking the orders had issues with not only taking the orders but giving them to the cook. 3. Out of the 3 employees, two were on their phones 4. My daughter's cheeseburger had no cheese and the bun was burnt. 5. My wife's order was wrong. 6. The food was okay but I've had far better Waffle House before.

Waffle House on 153 is much better than this location. Staff wants to chat and gossip more than pay attention to the food they are making. I’ve given them a few tries just to see how consistency goes, and food is always over cooked/burnt/etc., drinks take forever to get refilled, the staff is friendly they’ve never been rude; I’ve just been to much better Waffle Houses before.

The employees were really loud. Couldn't enjoy our food without one hollering across the kitchen. When we ordered my husband ordered sirloin and I ordered chicken. They had neither. Then police drove up looking for some guy that supposedly ran up on the roof. Very in comfortable place.nits definitely not a place to visit when your on vacation and just want a peaceful dinner

Great food and my customized order was prepared perfectly. The staff work as a team and so anyone there is always willing to help you. It is best to request the "full menu", because the menus already on the tables are just partial menus of featured items. So there is plenty you might miss trying unless you get the full menu.

The server sat on her rear end while there was plenty of people that needed their order taken. When we first pulled in the parking lot she was out side sitting on the ground smoking. After she returned inside she sat down and didn't help anyone. Her apperence didn't look clean as well. The cook however tried his best to take everyone's order and make their food. He was friendly. And I made sure the tip left went to him. Because the server didn't even deserve to have a job.
