Ordered express pick up while we were shopping, order said it was done so we went to go get it. we waited 15 mins just to be acknowledged and was told that they hadn’t even started on our sandwiches, that’s fine no big deal. we ended up waiting almost a full hour for 2 sandwiches, we would’ve just left if we hadn’t already paid. it was absolutely ridiculous bc most of the hour we were waiting they were just talking and goofing off. never again, i’ll go to the one beside food lion next time.

Unfortunately, this is the only subway convenient to my location and it’s always a unpleasant experience. This time they ran out of sauce for the meatball and pizza subs. They said it’s a popular sandwich. Then order extra supply!!!

Yesterday while making my sub employees started sweeping. I politely asked if they could wait until my food was prepared. When I sat in the lounge to eat again an employee came out there sweeping vigorously. This subway location is DISGUSTING

I would give this place no stars if I could their DEHEC score was 45 the floors are always nasty the glass is nasty they don’t fallow protocol please for your health don’t eat here untill they can get their act together it’s nothing but a bunch of kids up their goofing around or just doing nothing

This is the Subway located inside Walmart in White Horse Rd. It is NASTY! The floor is black and sticky. The glass over the food is gross. They closed the glass directly over the food and never wiped it off.
The employees were extremely rude. They were more interested in complaining about their customers than doing anything else. They stood around talking and never cleaned anything. Nothing was stocked. Horrible experience. Stay away!

If I could give it zero star I would! I ordered the meatball marinara and after they heated it up they asked if I wanted just the marinara sauce because they didn’t have the meatballs after they started making my order. They lady that made my order was wearing headphones on the job and kept saying “ what was that “ “ I couldn’t hear you”.

There is a manager named Danial and he is horrible disrespectfull and I saw him touching meets with his hand with no gloves he has changed the salad without gloves and he said he runs it that the owner dose not
