Kfc

So they have this sign in the windows saying be nice they're short-handed more or less. But even if you're shorthanded the food should not taste like it's been sitting there for a week. The Sierra Mist I had to throw away because it was out it was just nothing but carbon water. The chicken sandwich tastes like it had been sitting there for a week could not even eat it. This has nothing to do with being shorthanded this has to do with quality control. And I blame the management. I brought weight and have it served to me right then you give me something knowing that I'm going to throw away. So I just threw my money away. Nasty and so sad. Whoever is running this KFC needs to be replaced.

I really like the KFC chicken sandwich. Pretty hard to screw it up. It comes down to customer experience. I never get into a long line. Never participate in product shortage or - we don't take those coupons--. Or honor national TV ad price/ deals. Only car in line today and still very slow. Then forgot my recpt, forgot bbq sauce, and napkins. Give me attitude. Short staffed and under trained

The manager started a yelling match with me when I tried to plead that my order was wrong like I was a small child. She never offered to give me what I actually ordered and I didn’t go back to talk to anyone because she was so aggressive with me that I assumed she would start an ugly fight at the store. I would not recommend this location.

Bad and rude attitudes. Yesterday (Sunday) I rode up to the speaker to place an order snappy attitude from the speaker, get to the window girl shows up with the card thingy “put your card in..(a few seconds)..now take it out” not in a pleasant tone, then the windows close shut hard and she’s gone a minute or two then she comes back doors open she hands me the bag and the doors close hard and abruptly again no have a nice day no nothing, didn’t even ask if we wanted sauce or anything. Fries were luke warm and not seasoned much but didn’t go back because didn’t want to be in midst of bad attitude again because Saturday had been horrible because of the attitudes I got at the places I went to, what is it with everyone
