The Clock Restaurant

We were in S.C. due to a relative being in the Hospital, we wanted to grab a quick bite and get back to the Hospital so we thought we would give this place a try. Food came out quickly and there was plenty of it. It's not a 5 star restraunt but this place is pretty good for a quick bite and the prices were good. Staff was hoping busy with in house orders as well as drive through orders and we still got pur food quickly and the staff was nice. I would go here again.

Very first time coming in First time customer never ever ate or seen the menu. Asked the cashier if food was good and she acted like I was wasting her time. She was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. My food was cold and nasty. I will never come back to this establishment ever again and I'm going tell anyone in greenville what happened to me. That girl needs to find a new job if she doesn't like customers she needs to find a new profession. Go clean bathrooms and take trash out.

Came thru the drive thru and ordered 2 jumbo teas a fry and a side of okra . The tea they gave me tasted spoiled. So I requested a Pepsi instead of giving me a fresh cup they give me the cup with the sour tea then shut the window in my face and says have a nice day. Very rude , poor customer service.

To say that I’m disappointed at my experience at this clock is an understatement. After waiting in the drive thru my wife and I pull up to the order kiosk to find a handwritten sign that said “due to system failure we are only accepting cash, Venmo or cash app payments”. Being that we did not have cash and did not feel safe venmoing or cashapping some random person we said we’d be passing thru the drive thru. As there is no way to exit out of drive thru we had to wait on all cars in front of us. This was no short time. As we were almost to window someone came out, removed sign, and smiled at us while walking back in. This person made no effort to inform us or take an order now that the card system was apparently back up. When we arrived at window the person made no effort to apologize or even take our order. We reluctantly placed an order after waiting so long in line. Then were told to pull around to wait for our order. The two cars after us passed with their food while we waited. Guess I’ll be going to Spice Diner in the future as this poor service doesn’t happen there.

The food is always hot and fresh. The prices are reasonable, especially for the generous portion sizes. It is easy to both locate and enter/exit. The drive thru line moves a little slowly at times so it is not always the best option if you're in a hurry but that is to be expected when they're preparing your food fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and helpful though I did knock off one star for an older, accented woman who is far from friendly. She refuses to acknowledge mistakes, will let you know you only need one salt and ketchup, and generally make you wonder why she chose customer service as a career.

Ordered at drive-thru, brought food home. The Cheeseburgers had a bad taste. Called back to let them know and the very rude lady that claimed to be the owner said they don't have bad food everything comes in fresh daily. This lady kept talking over me and screaming. Called back and some guy answered and said they have never had bad food as he has eaten for over 7 years.
