This harborside location is convenient for visitors and locals alike and the quick service is what you would expect. The store is kept clean and cool and there are reserved lot spaces for both JJ and Starbucks customers.
The roast beef sandwiches are always a good idea, particularly the hunters club

Can I just say the store owner and the employees that work here even though they are inundated by cruise gas every week when the locals come in they are exceptionally polite the food is fresh the store is clean and they just work their rear ends off to make sure everybody’s happy taken care of, and really fast when I have a choice of sandwich shops in the area I choose this one based on the staff they work hard and they do a great job.
First off, it's Jimmy John's so the sandwiches are good. That's a given. The staff at this particular Jimmy's are great. Super friendly, they always seem to be having a good time, and genuinely seem to like their jobs, which is rare these days. Having said that, I would give them a sixth star if I could for their restrooms. IMMACULATE! Like Bucc-ees clean. I would go out of my way to find THIS Jimmy John's restroom. The funny pictures they have on the walls and just the overall cleanliness. Just great. Good job, Jimmy John's Galveston. Love your food, staff, and yes even your restrooms.

These guys went above and beyond basic customer service and I need them to that their efforts were spectacular.
I know I'll be back to Galveston in the future and I will remember the impression they made upon me. I hope they and the rest of their team get the recognition and accolades they deserve.
I know they are working their hardest right now because this town is packed. My family didn't expect to be here during spring break. Please know that my family and I appreciate you.

I placed an online order and it needed to be canceled. I called the store and they were helpful in getting it canceled so I could place another order. Once I placed it for pick up again, they called me and asked if I made a mistake to which I stated I did not, but I was so glad the called to verify. I've had no issues with the friendliness of staff.
Sam and Javelle took great care of us tonight. Made great suggestions with the sandwich and dessert. Some of the best Tea u will find in the South and all right before closing!!
Came in about 10 minutes to close and they had already started prepping to shut down but they still made me 2 amazing sandwhiches. They gave me their names but I was a little hammered so I forgot sorry guys. Awesome employees and they made great sandwiches super fast.
The restaurant is always clean and fresh and plays the best jams!!!! The employees are super sweet. I always get the unwich it's so fresh and juicy
