We came to eat at this place and was very surprised that this Chili’s food was very delicious. We gone to many chili’s and there food is not all that. The service was awesome and was always checking on us. The food was hot and had very good taste, we live in Lake Jackson area where we have a chili’s but we hardly don’t go there cause there food in a no good.We were impressed with this Galveston chili’s, we will come back for sure.

Made a quick visit here to kill some time as my wife was at an event. The vibe and atmosphere here was amazing. They were low on staff but that didn’t stop them from handling everything. The staff was on top of their game and making sure everyone was taken care off. Then were also very friendly and made it feel welcoming. This is the cleanest and friendliest Chili’s I’ve been too.

Had an awesome experience at this chilis location! Our bartender Lauren was fantastic and such a sweet girl! Our drinks came out perfect and the food was delicious and hot! Well done management & Ms Lauren on bringing this place back to life! Well will be back soon!!

I took my 4 kids in for dinner. Our server, Lauren, was phenomenal! The computers in the back were not working at all, which caused significant delays. Lauren and the hostess were so apologetic and explained everything in case we wanted to go elsewhere. We decided to stay. One of my kiddos plates too extra long and Lauren offered a complimentary bowl of soup in the mean time. Outstanding service 👏

Enjoying a girls day out in Galveston and we decided to stop in at Chili’s. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the bartender DJ, and quickly sat down to drink some margaritas! They have a new bar menu too!! We enjoyed our visit and experience from the welcoming staff. The manager Jose is awesome!

It was a dreary day; when we went in there. We had stopped at a couple of other places, that were just not open at the time, that were supposed to be. The Southwest egg rolls are to-die-for. They are one of my all-time favorites. Everything from the beginning was an awesome visit. Definitely will be going back

So I came in on a busy Saturday night not really expecting much more than basic food and basic service, because it's Galveston and it's overwhelming during Simmer.. Heather our server tonight, not only exceeded any expectation we may have had she made it a unique and personal experience. She introduced herself and took the time to ask us our names - it's nice to feel welcome and appreciated. Our food was accurate and delivered in a timely fashion and she stayed available throughout our entire meal. Thank you for being apart of our awesome summer vacation we needed. We will be back. Heather is a true asset.

Was too cold inside! My potatoe soup got cold. Chicken and avocado sandwich was good. Could've had a cocktail, but left. Saw the fire at Denny's!
