Bonefish Grill

I recently dined at Bonefish Grill, and I have to say that the overall experience was quite enjoyable. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, and the menu offered a variety of seafood options that were well-prepared and flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fish dishes and filet mignon. The imperial dip is a must! However, it's important to note that the service experience left a lot to be desired. The host, unfortunately, came across as rather arrogant. He seemed disinterested and somewhat condescending, which put a damper on an otherwise pleasant evening. It's essential for any restaurant, even one with good food, to ensure that the staff's attitude is welcoming and friendly. That said, the servers were amazing and very accommodating. Despite the initial service hiccup, Bonefish Grill's cuisine and atmosphere were enjoyable. If they can address the issue of arrogant service, it would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience and make it a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.

Good food. Good service. The menu never really changes. Definitely not as crowded as it use to be. Good place to go for Sunday brunch, never busy. Wondering if this location is coming to an end?! Takeout was good. Ready on time and fairly still at a warm temperature. Just remember some food isn’t meant to travel. Another takeout order done well. This takeout visit wasn’t that good. Think the food was ready way before we got notified. Was pretty much cold after we got it home. Loosing their touch. Dining in from here on out.

We ate here last evening ( around 5:15 - 6:30 or so ) and must say it was very enjoyable especially since we were told they were short- staffed ( and looked it ). Our waiter, Jack and the Mgr. ( forgot his name ) were wonderful. Jack was very efficient and pleasant. The Mgr. was very professional and very friendly as well ! He even brought me a second lobster tail since he thought the first was small !! :-) He also was helping out at other tables. He had other waiters and busboys well organized to help whichever table seemed to need it (We were at table 411). This is what a good restaurant is supposed to be !!!

While I have traveled for business and family, and have eaten at Bonefish Grill several times over the last several years, this has to be the very best experience of them all. Madison, our server, was incredible. She attended our every need without hovering. Nick, our assistant server, cleared our meal very efficiently, and shared wonderful conversation with us. CR, the manager, was gracious and very attentive to us in our visit. He clearly is building a very professional and high quality staff to serve his restaurant’s clientele. The food was perfectly prepared and timely served, with everything surpassing mine and my partner’s expectation. What a delightful choice for a Friday evening out near Haymarket. I will always go back when staying nearby. Thank you all for a fabulous meal and a delightful evening!

I came here for my birthday dinner. The service was quick and attentive, super kind to my children, and it was a great experience all around. We ordered some of the seasonal specials - Blackened Shrimp with Mexican Street Corn (SO tasty, great spicy, corn was creamy and delicious!) and the Sangria Salmon. I look forward to dining here again!

Our first visit here and it was beyond our expectations. Amazing food and service. The file was very tender. Lobster was so delicious! Jasmine rice had a nice texture and flavor, impressive for a simple side dish! The only dish that was good but not as good as others was corn chowder. Can't wait to go back! Recommend it!
