***UPDATE AS OF 2/5/2022- The reason for 5 stars was the response from the RGM JAKE MILLER. I received an email from the RGM JAKE MILLER on 2/4/2022. He wanted me to come to the establishment and he would refund my purchase. I went today and he did just that. He apologized for the staff that worked on 2/3/22. He assured that he is trying to get this establishment fully staffed. I feel he was very sincere and asked that I give them another chance. I will do that but will give them time to get a great team together. Thank you Jake Miller I appreciate your help with this matter. **Original Post** I gave them 1 star just because I couldn't give them a zero. No one was there except me and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my order. I recently visited this Popeyes which is a treat for my family. Needless to say I was very disappointed on that night. The chicken was leathery, red beans and rice was burnt and the biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. I decided to reach out because corporate might not be aware of the issues at this location. I tried several different numbers and I finally reached the customer service number where someone finally answered. I told the person I didn't figure I'd even hear from anyone. She took my information and really thought was the end of it.
