Subway

This was the worst subway visits that I have ever been to. When my son and I walked into the establishment, I said hello to the worker. She ignored me. I brushed it off thinking that she didn't hear me. BOY WAS I WRONG !!! She was rude throughout the whole transaction. I told her that we wanted two meals. She didn't say that we could only get chips with a meal. I didn't understand that at all. This is the only location that would tell a customer that you can only have a bag of chips with your meal other than a cookie.To top it off she didn't tell us. She called another worker to the front so he could help us. My thing was, she could've asked what we wanted. She didn't even say thank you, Merry Christmas, or anything. Then to top it off, she was wearing pajama bottoms. Isn't there a dress code ? I hope she didn't jump out of bed and come straight to work. That's really unsanitary. Also, the food area was dirty. She could've wipes down the food area. I wouldn't recommend this location to a dog

The lady working yesterday 12/23/21 was extremely rude and unfriendly. She threw my sandwich together so uncaringly that I almost said never mind. She never said hello how may I help you or thanked me for coming. Just rude because I actually asked her how she was doing, and she just said fine what can I get for you. If you don't want to work somewhere pick a different job. People can taste hate in their food.

I had an order of two steak sandwiches. Which is expensive all in itself. Well when I got home there was no meat in the sandwiches. Just sprinkles here and there. They skimped us! So we called for them to fix it and I asked for a manager. A women got on the line and claimed to be the manager. Then when I told her my problem she hung up on me. I called back a total of 9 times from different phones. I hen they answered they finally told me there was no manager there and the issue couldn’t be handled. I told them I would be back in the morning and they will never get my Bussiness again. SOooo unprofessional! They’re over priced for low customer service and hiring any more joe off the street.
