This being my first time to Carrabba's, I must say it was one of the, if not the best dining experience I have had in recent memory. Our server, Brie, was extremely pleasant and attentive to our needs. My wife had the Chicken parmesan and I had the linguini with sea scallops and shrimp served in red vodka sauce. Both were excellent. The atmosphere was also quite to the liking. Great time and definitely worth the drive.
I went out to eat by myself to enjoy a meal in peace hahaha... my server was great! He made sure the table was always clean, he didn’t check on me too much but enough that he knew I needed a refill for my water and he knew the menu well. I had the steak with Gorgonzola sauce, house pasta and then cream brûlée. It was all delicious! My glass of wine was wonderful and paired well with my steak. It was a great experience and I’m so glad I choose Carrabba’s to have my alone dinner.
Overall all was amazing. Celebrated our son's 22nd birthday, bringing his best friend son's. Jeff, our server, top notch. Food sublime mostly. My fettuccine was a little , I don't know, not very much also Alfredo, so the noodles stuck together. I'm hoping to fix that at home. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Also, I did not inform anyone of this. It's an easy fix and I was full from such yummy food. They also have our son a delicious dessert for his birthday and 3 of us shared it.
The staff at the bar is always courteous, prompt and friendly. We especially enjoy Izzy and K. Our food is consistently prepared well. Kudos to the chefs! Management is engaged and seems to have a pulse on customer needs. We enjoyed speaking with manager Paige when she stopped by to check on food etc. Thank you for giving a local feel to the Carrabas in Fayetteville NY
We had a great Anniversary dinner! Our server Emily S. was great! She was helpful with suggestions, quick with refills for drinks and bread. Our food was great and love the new trio option! The classic sampler appetizer is always good along with the chicken trio! The manager also checks in on everyone. I would highly recommend this Carrabba's!
We had an awesome meal at carrabba's, waited less than 10 minutes on a weekend at dinner time. Waitress was very attentive, appetizer, salads and meal came at good timing. Definitely will be returning soon to try something different on their delicious menu.
Samantha was a phenomenal waitress! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed to truly love what she was doing and made our visit perfect. She had everything timed perfectly. When we finished our appetizers she appeared and whisked our plates away and quickly brought the next course. She really kicked it up a notch! What a gem ❤️
Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Fayetteville is one of my favorite top restaurants in Fayetteville. As soon as I walked in the restaurant, the hostess was there greeting me. He gave me the table option I wanted- a booth, they also have the regular table and chairs option. The Christmas ambiance was very cozy and comfortable. My waitress was very friendly while taking my order and my appetizer (Burrata) came out quickly. It was so delicious and super soft. I enjoyed pairing it with the bread & oil. My Sicilian Tuscan Chicken Soup was hot enough and very flavorful. It also had decent amounts of chicken in the soup. The Eggplant Parmesan entree, was very good, I do prefer more sauce on my pasta and this dish had some sauce. If you like more sauce, I recommend asking for some more on the side. Overall, this restaurant has some really nice dishes and service. Definitely a win.
Very clean , greeted with a smile and very fast service 😁.Our waitress Katrina R was very nice/helpful and was right there to make sure our drinks were full and everything was tip top .We will definitely be back soon😁
My husband and I just had a wonderful meal here. I had pasta weezie. He had pasta Martino. Waitress informed us that it was happy hour and we got two glasses of 9 oz wine at 6 oz prices.
Large salads with delicious warm bread and dipping sauces accompanied our dinners. Great service. Looking forward to enjoying leftovers as the portions were large.
We were greeted by 2 happy employees. Our waitress Jes was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile, told us specials and took our drink order. Our experience from start to finish was enjoyable and professional. As we were leaving EVERY employee we encountered said goodbye and to have a good night. This is very unusual now a days and special!
Delicious food and excellent service! We had a party of about 20 people, and the servers really seemed to bend over backwards to be helpful, kind, and prompt. The food was wonderful.
