Jersey Mike's Subs

I was served steak subs with no meat on the ends. I called the phone number on the receipt because it was about 4 minutes to closing time and the phone number wasn’t working. I came back the next day and was treated rudely by the so called mgr. Ann. She said she can’t go by my pictures and videos, but you can go by the dry bread on the ends though.

I normally do not post reviews, but I must say that Gabbie, Tina, Janet, Courtney, and Alina go out of their way each and every time I come in. They take so much pride in what they do, and the truly make there food prep for each customer look like an art form. And they do it with a smile. Hard to find in todays social climate, but I have to give credit where credit is do! I hope they don't let all the negativity that surrounds us each and every day deter them from being the culinary artists they are! Keep up the awesome work.
