Hardee's

I gave them three stars because I ordered the roast beef combo with a medium Sprite and fries. I asked for another order of medium fries. Get to the window and the cashier told me you didn't ask for another fry you said a medium Sprite. So she rang me up for the fries no problem. The problem was the fries were cold, limp and greasy. The fries that came with the combo were hot and fresh.

Hardee's is an American Institution. My milkshake was kind of light on the chocolate flavor, and they made me a new, stronger one right away and let me keep both. My chicken biscuit was a little bit on the dry side, but with sauce added it was perfect. Can't recommend Hardee's highly enough. Great service, great food, great experience.

Fast food is never an experience I want to be involved in. That's why I'm happy when business know that and expedite the process as much as humanly possible. This drive thru is so fast I don't think I had to stop at the windows for longer than ten seconds each. Total time spent was about three minutes. And the line was wrapped up around the building

My last visit was much improved. However, I noticed that the young woman who seem to take lead on task distribution did not seem to have a positive forthcoming behavior when interacting with the staff. A successful business has leaders that mandate excellence and knows not to openly reprimand employees in front of customers. This individual does not understand the power of positive reinforcement and does not utilize it to draw the best performance from the employee. Everyone deserves respect and dignity and this must be included in the training program that is provided for the management staff. At the end of the day, my meal was good. However, I do not wish to be recipient of an employee's backlash simply because the manager cannot lead with assertive kindness. Come on guys, you can do this. Pull it together.
