Burger King

Rude is the best way to describe this burger king. Ghetto is the second best word to describe them as well. If I could give them a -1 i would. I'm talking to the lady over the speaker and you can hear a co worker in the back screaming behind her and saying to us we don't take orders after 10. I thought to myself like really . How come I can hear the co workers in the back over the lady who's taking the order. Fire everyone and hire people who actually like their job

So I had got chicken fries for my order and I had to be moved to the parking lot because they weren't done which is perfectly fine. So when the lady did come out with them, I asked her if my barbeque sauce was in the bag ( I chose that sauce for my chicken fries). She told me she didn't know, gave me the bag and walked off. I just felt like she could have at least checked and went and got me some, so I went up to knock on the door because the lobby was closed and no one came. I just wanted my barbeque sauce.

I visited this store on Friday , 4/29/22 at 5:44 pm. Jahmir took my money and was very polite. The young Hispanic lady taking orders was also very polite but my heart broke for them to have such a rude, nasty manager. Firstly, as the cashier was reading back my order, I mentioned he forgot the 6 cookies. I then heard this very loud “AHT AHT, NO WE NOT DOING COOKIES. I ONLY HAVE THREE. YALL NEED TO CHECK FIRST. WHY WOULD YOU TELL THEM THERE ARE COOKIES??!!” Very unprofessional that I heard all that through the window. Then I pulled up to the pick up window and the Hispanic young lady was being yelled at by the same loud woman. She snatched a bag out her hand, threw money in the other hand to refund me for the cookies, and shoved the 3 cookies at her as well. The girl looked like she was going to cry. I apologized to her and said that it is not her fault and she was fine. I then asked if that was her manager and she whispered yes and I said I’m sorry that she has to deal with her. Someone pleeeease get this lady out of management. Treating these workers as if they have no common sense is so unfair and cruel. It’s hard to find workers in these days and if you have people willing to work, you need to treat them like gold. If you don’t have the patience, then you need to find another job where you can work independently instead of as a team.

This is my first time in Fayetteville, NC. I arrived at this location this morning after 7 am to order instead of going through the drive- thru. The front door was locked, no store hours posted, no sign on front door to inform a customer of why the seating area is closed. As I was typing this rating, an employee or the manager kept looking at the front door, even walked over to see why I was sitting there in my car in the parking lot at the front door shaking her head. This type of stuff will turn customers away. I drove off to spend my money elsewhere.
