The Coffee Stand - Fayetteville

Don’t expect to get your order done over the phone. A woman put me on hold for 12 minutes than the call fails. It’s not a big deal so I called again and I explained to her what happen but I was put on hold again. 20 minutes passes by and I hung up and I called back. A man answered the phone and asked me for my information, he explained that it was too loud and he can’t hear me. So I repeat myself and he says “ I’m so sorry” and hangs up on me lol. He seemed so nice but Like what ? Who does that ? Today is Wednesday so I can’t imagine trying to order with them on the weekend when it’s even more busy.

This is shameful. For our order to leave the store and be delivered to our house looking like this is ridiculous. My father in law is a franchise owner of 13 Domino’s stores, “not in this state”. I showed this to him and he was furious. He said the whole store needs to be fired and filled with new people and a new store manager needs to be brought in. This isn’t the first time we have received an order looking like this but this is the last for us.

I am proud to say this is the best Dominoes here in Fayetteville. It's always clean and neat, always smells good. The staff is outstanding, very friendly and hard working. Every time I come here to pick up my pizza,I notice everyone is working out doing something. They are never slacking off like I've noticed at other competitors stores. I have never had a bad pizza from here! Every thing is always made right! I have recommended this location to many friends because they are awesome at what they do! Keep up the good work!
