Mcdonald's

Nothing ever works. First it was ice cream and now the frappe machine never works. We have been the past 3 Wednesday’s in a row and every time we ordered the frappe someone comes out to say “it just broke” what a coincidence. We have gotten raw burgers, the fries are always cold. Someone needs to go in and really redo everything about this store. We go to the one on Legion Rd and never have a problem. Not to say they do not have issues but we have never encountered any.

Waited in line for 15 minutes which was fine I completely understood they were busy. We ordered no onions on 2 of the burgers even said so on the burger and we got a clumped up mess of onions on both. Frys were extremely cold and instead of sweet tea they gave me cold coffee in a tea cup. Last time I'll ever come here.

Very fast service and the customer service was good. I had a large order and they made sure to add the condiments and everything I would need. We all know that's always nice and hassle free. I appreciate them. They do close earlier than most McDonald's. So just be aware before taking the trip. I think they close at 10 pm. Could be sooner.

This is the closest one to our house. I have giving them multiple opportunities now. It is constant. They always mess out food orders. How hard is it to check that the entire order is correct before passing it to the customer? Usually I go drive thru and I check my food at the window. They get mad, but I always have to give the bag back and ask for my missing items. Yesterday we did the curbside pickup, but it was the same. Except now I had to go inside to get my order fixed! Food was good, which why the two stars, otherwise, 1.

This place serves very good fresh tasting food. However, the power of the brand is going to hell in a basket. The wait time to get your food is ridiculous. The lobby is always closed and the drive thru is over-packed!!! I’ve sat and watched numerous folks go to the door and it’s always locked. As I stated, the food is good but not good enough to go through the hassle of waiting 20 or more minutes to even get to place your order!!! This review is not just a one day review…I am a local and you can expect to see the same…day in & out.
